Cancellation by customers The customer can cancel their participation by registered mail or email. The following costs apply : up to 21 days at the latest: free of charge (refund of the amount paid) 7 to 20 days : 50 percent (half refund of the amount paid) 0 to 6 days and in the event of no-show: 100 percent (no refund) The customer’s failure to appear or arrive late, as well as cancellation or interruption of an event that has already begun, does not constitute a claim for a refund. Cancellation by the cooperative The cooperative reserves the right to cancel the event – even at short notice – due to poor weather and natural conditions, official measures, force majeure or security reasons, etc. In this case, the entire amount paid will be refunded to the customer. Changes to the program and cancellation of the event by the Cooperative The Cooperative reserves the right to change or cancel the event at any time, especially if there are reasons for cancellation in accordance with Section before. If the program is changed or an event that has already started is canceled, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
