Any holder of a ticket (hereinafter the “Ticket”) to attend a match organized by Widad Sportive de Témara (WST) (the “Match”) at [Stadium Name] (the “Stadium”) is deemed to have read and understood these General Terms and Conditions for the Acquisition and Use of Tickets (GTC-Tickets) and undertakes to comply with them:

1. Any use of a Ticket and any admission to the Stadium are subject to these GTC-Tickets and any applicable regulations or decisions issued by the competent authorities (the “Authorities”), including Widad Sportive de Témara (WST), the police authorities, and the Stadium owner or operator.

2. The GTC-Tickets are available on the official website and/or official ticketing channels of Widad Sportive de Témara (WST) in French and Arabic. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the French version shall prevail in accordance with applicable law.

3. The Ticket constitutes a revocable authorization and may not be used for promotional, advertising, resale, or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Widad Sportive de Témara (WST). In the event of a violation, the Authorities reserve the right to cancel the Ticket, refuse admission, or expel the holder from the Stadium, without refund.

4. The Ticket holder assumes responsibility and waives any claim against the Authorities for any damage or loss suffered in connection with the Match, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Authorities.

5. Except for private use, it is prohibited to record, transmit, reproduce, publish, or broadcast any image, sound, text, or description of the Match without prior authorization from Widad Sportive de Témara (WST) and/or the competent rights holders.

6. The Ticket holder irrevocably consents to the recording and free, unlimited, worldwide use by Widad Sportive de Témara (WST) and/or its authorized delegates of their image, voice, and personal data, in connection with the Match and on any existing or future media, subject to applicable data protection legislation.

7. All Ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless specifically provided by applicable law or in accordance with the provisions relating to cancellation of the Match. The Ticket cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft, or destruction.

8. For security reasons, the Ticket holder must comply with the instructions of the Authorities, particularly regarding identity checks, security controls, and searches. It is prohibited to bring into the Stadium: illicit substances, alcoholic beverages, food or drinks where prohibited by Stadium regulations, weapons, explosive or dangerous objects, as well as any political, religious, ideological, discriminatory, or unauthorized advertising signs or banners.

9. The Stadium may be equipped with a video surveillance system under the control of the competent Authorities, and the images may be recorded and used for security and legal purposes in accordance with applicable law.

10. The Authorities may change the date, time, or location of the Match for security reasons, organizational reasons, force majeure, or any other circumstances provided for by applicable law. In such cases, the Ticket holder may, where possible, receive a Ticket of the same category for the rescheduled Match. In the event of cancellation of the Match, a refund of the nominal Ticket price, excluding applicable fees where permitted by law, may be issued in accordance with the applicable refund procedure.

11. The Ticket holder must behave respectfully and appropriately and must comply with the Stadium's rules of conduct and dress requirements.

12. Access to the Stadium is subject to presentation of a valid Ticket, including for children of all ages, unless otherwise provided by the Stadium regulations or applicable law.

13. Assigned seats. The Ticket holder must occupy the seat indicated on the Ticket. In the event of non-compliance, security personnel may take the necessary measures, including relocating or expelling the holder from the Stadium, without compensation.

14. Holders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult holding a valid Ticket, unless otherwise provided by the applicable regulations or specific access conditions established for the Match.

15. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed void, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Moroccan law.

17. Any dispute relating to a Ticket should first be submitted to Widad Sportive de Témara (WST) for amicable resolution before any legal proceedings are initiated. Subject to applicable jurisdictional rules, the competent courts of Témara, Morocco, shall have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Ticket and its use.
