Online Ticket Terms of Sale for General Public

Effective from 31 August 2026

1. Purpose and applicability of these Ticket Terms of Sale

1.1. The FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Morocco 2026™ (“Competition”) is organised by Fédération Internationale de Football Association, having its domicile in Zurich, Switzerland (“FIFA”) and the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (“Local Organising Committee” or “LOC”). The Competition will include official matches (each a “Match”) played on designated football pitches at football complex (“Competition Complex”) and a final match played at Prince Moulay El Hassan Stadium (“Stadium”). These Ticket Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) apply to the online purchase of any official ticket (“Ticket”) for one or more official Matches and entry into the Competition Complex including, where applicable, the Stadium, which are made available for purchase to members of the general public on the LOC’s online ticketing platform, Webook.com (https://webook.com/fr), accessible via www.FIFA.com/tickets (http://www.fifa.com/tickets) (“Ticketing Website”).

1.2. Any individual (“Ticket Applicant”) who purchase one or more Tickets online by completing the applicable form and following the steps on the Ticketing Website (“Ticket Application”) clearly, unconditionally and irrevocably accepts to be legally bound by and comply with these Terms of Sale and the Ticketing Website terms of service. The use of Tickets is governed separately by The FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Morocco 2026™ Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) and by the rules and regulations governing behaviour and prohibited items applicable to the Competition Stadium (“Stadium Code of Conduct”). Each of these documents is available to review on the Ticketing Website. PLEASE READ THESE DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY TICKETS.

1.3. All Tickets are owned and controlled by FIFA and the LOC and are sold by the LOC via Webook.com (https://webook.com/fr) Tickets (“LOC Ticketing”).

2. Ticket Categories

2.1. Tickets are assigned to and sold in different price categories (“Ticket Category”). Each Ticket Category is determined based on the level of Matches, the location of the seat in the Competition Complex and/or Stadium to which the Ticket corresponds, and the characteristics of the section in which the seat is located. Seats within each Competition Complex pitch are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. Stadium seats are assigned to a Ticket Category on a Match-by-Match basis. The number of seats allocated to each Ticket Category and the boundaries of each Ticket Category within a Stadium may change from Match to Match and are determined by Ticketing at its sole discretion.

2.2. A particular Ticket Category may comprise seats in different tiers of a pitch or Stadium (such as lower and upper tiers). Seats within a Ticket Category may also be located adjacent to seats of another Ticket Category. Any visual representations of Ticket Categories on the Ticketing Website or other sales material issued or approved by LOC Ticketing, such as pitch and Stadium maps and illustrations, are for guidance purposes only and may not reflect the actual layout and boundaries of a particular pitch or Stadium.

3. Sales Phases

3.1. Tickets are made available for purchase during sales phases as described in the Ticketing Website. The characteristics of the tickets sales period(s) and process, including with respect to accepted payment method and ticket allocation procedures, will be described on the Ticketing Website and in other Ticket sales materials published by LOC Ticketing from time to time.

3.2. The price of a Ticket for the same Match and Ticket Category may vary during the sales period(s).

3.3. Any indication on the availability of Tickets within a particular sales phase is for guidance purposes only. LOC Ticketing reserves the right to make available for sale additional Tickets in any Ticket Category at any time.

4. Ticket Product Characteristics

4.1. During certain sales phases, in addition to selling individual Tickets to single Matches, LOC Ticketing may also sell Ticket packages comprising Tickets to multiple Matches (“Ticket Packages”). The characteristics of Ticket Packages may differ and will be described in detail on the Ticketing Website and in other Ticket sales materials published by LOC Ticketing from time to time. Unless stated otherwise on the Ticketing Website, a Ticket Applicant who purchases a Ticket Package is not entitled to any refunds or any other form of compensation due to the elimination of any team from the Competition.

5. Ticket Pricing

5.1. All Ticket prices are stated in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

5.2. Additional fees, such as administration fees and/or delivery fees, may apply to the purchase of Tickets depending on the specific Ticket being purchased and the method of delivery or collection of the Ticket. If such additional fees do apply, they will be stated on the Ticketing Website at the time of purchase. Such fees will be clearly displayed on the Ticketing Website prior to the final confirmation of the order.

5.3. Ticket prices do not include bank charges and/or currency exchange fees which may be applied to the purchase of Tickets depending on the Ticket Applicant’s payment card and/or method of payment. Any third-party fees shall be solely borne by the Ticket Applicant. These fees, set by the Ticket Applicant’s banking institutions or payment service providers, are the sole responsibility of the Ticket Applicant.

6. Ticket Application Process

6.1. To purchase Tickets, a Ticket Applicant must first create an LOC Ticketing account (“Ticketing Account”) by setting up an online profile at Ticketing Website. Ticket Applicants are prohibited from having more than one Ticketing Account at any given time.

6.2. Using their Ticketing Account, a Ticket Applicant can apply for Tickets by following the steps set out on the Ticketing Website for the applicable sales phase. The Ticket Applicant is solely responsible for providing complete and accurate information in the Ticket Application.

6.3. At the time of submitting a Ticket Application, a Ticket Applicant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must otherwise have full capacity to enter into a legally binding contract.

6.4. A Ticket Applicant may only purchase Tickets for their own use and for use by bona fide, privately-invited guests of the Ticket Applicant with whom the Ticket Applicant is capable of demonstrating a pre-existing relationship, such as a friend or family member (“Guest”). Unless otherwise expressly permitted by LOC Ticketing, Ticket Applicants are required to attend all Matches with their Guests.

6.5. Any Ticket Applicant who purchases a Ticket for a Guest is responsible for ensuring that the Guest understands, accepts and complies at all times with the Terms of Use and Stadium Code of Conduct. If LOC Ticketing determines that a Guest has violated any of the Terms of Use and/or Stadium Code of Conduct, such violation may result in the cancellation of that Ticket as well as all other Tickets purchased by the Ticket Applicant without notice and without a right to a refund, including Tickets purchased by the Ticket Applicant through a different Ticket Application.

6.6. LOC Ticketing establishes limits on the number of Tickets that may be purchased in order to prevent unfair and/or illegal ticketing activities, and to ensure that as many football fans as possible have the opportunity to attend Matches. Each Ticket Applicant is only permitted to purchase up to five (5) Tickets per Match day indicated on any Ticket Application.

6.7. Each Ticket Applicant is solely responsible for ensuring that the restriction mentioned in clause 6.6 is not exceeded. For the avoidance of doubt, any violation of the aforementioned purchase restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Sale. In the event of a breach where the Ticket Applicant exceeds the limit, LOC Ticketing shall, as a first measure, cancel any Tickets purchased in excess of the permitted limit. The Ticket Applicant shall be notified of such cancellation by email. Given that the Ticket Applicant has breached these Terms of Sale, no refund shall be issued for the cancelled excess Tickets. In the event of proven fraud or repeated violation, LOC Ticketing may, following prior notification to the Ticket Applicant, cancel all Tickets allocated to the Ticket Applicant. In such a case, LOC Ticketing reserves the right to retain the full price paid for the cancelled Tickets.

6.8. In order to ensure that all holders of a Ticket for a given Match can enter the Stadium safely and in sufficient time prior to the start of the Match, LOC Ticketing also establishes rules and restrictions on the number and combination of Matches that individuals can attend on the same Match Day. These rules and restrictions will be set out on the Ticketing Website. Each Ticket Applicant is solely responsible for ensuring that any Guest of the Ticket Applicant fully complies with such rules and restrictions.

6.9. A Ticket Applicant cannot amend or withdraw their Ticket Application after it has been validated and paid for , except only in respect of a Ticket Application submitted within a selection draw sales phase (as described in Clause 3.2 above) for which the Ticket Applicant may amend or withdraw their Ticket Application at any time up until the deadline indicated on the Ticketing Website.

6.10. A Ticket Applicant must pay for Tickets during the Ticket Application process on the Ticketing Website. The Ticket Applicant must complete its payment within the specified timeframe when completing its purchase. Unsuccessful payments within this timeframe will result in no Tickets being confirmed, allocated or reserved.

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS VIA UNAUTHORISED SALES CHANNELS. TICKETS PURCHASED VIA UNAUTHORISED SALES CHANNELS ARE NOT VALID AND ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. ONLY THE THIRD PARTIES LISTED ON THE TICKETING WEBSITE AND AT OFFICIAL LOC TICKETING FACILITIES ARE AUTHORISED TO SELL TICKETS ON BEHALF OF LOC TICKETING.

7. Methods of Payment

7.1. Ticket Applicants can purchase Tickets by means of payment card. The types of accepted payment cards may depend on the sales phase within which a Ticket Application is being submitted and will be listed on the Ticketing Website.

7.2. Payment card transactions are conducted by a third party payment solutions provider, in accordance with the data protection policy available at the Ticketing Website and Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

7.3. Although payment card is the preferred method of payment, LOC Ticketing may accept other methods of payment at its sole discretion.

7.4. The payment card used to purchase Tickets must be registered in the name of the Ticket Applicant. If LOC Ticketing determines at any time that a payment card used to purchase a Ticket is registered in a name other than the Ticket Applicant, LOC Ticketing reserves the right to cancel the Ticket after notifying the Ticket Applicant and unless a valid justification is provided by the latter.

7.5. Full payment for Tickets is due at the time of purchase. If LOC Ticketing is not successful in charging the Ticket Applicant’s payment card for the full payment for any reason, then LOC Ticketing will reject the corresponding Ticket Application in its entirety.

8. Ticket Sales Restrictions

8.1. Any individual that has been banned from attending football matches by a competent authority or football governing body in any country is prohibited from submitting a Ticket Application. LOC Ticketing reserves the right to reject any Ticket Application submitted by any such individual and/or to cancel any ticket purchased by that individual once identified.

8.2. Ticket Applicants are prohibited from circumventing, or attempting to circumvent, the sales restrictions set out in these Terms of Sale, including by using multiple Ticketing Accounts to apply for Tickets, by providing false or misleading information regarding the Ticket Applicant or any of their Guests, or through the use of any automated software.

8.3. If at any time following submission of a Ticket Application, LOC Ticketing detects a violation of these sales restrictions, LOC Ticketing reserves the right to reject all Ticket Applications submitted by the Ticket Applicant and/or to cancel all or part of the Tickets purchased by the Ticket Applicant, following a reasoned notification sent to the applicant and without prejudice to potential legal proceedings.

9. Accessibility Tickets

9.1. Ticket Applicants applying for Tickets for disabled people and people with limited mobility (“Accessibility Ticket”) must provide information and/or official documents in such form and at such time as described on the Ticketing Website in order for LOC Ticketing to verify the eligibility of the intended recipient of the Accessibility Ticket.

9.2. In respect of certain categories of Accessibility Ticket as described on the Ticketing Website, the successful Ticket Applicant will be entitled to a complimentary Ticket for use by a companion of the Accessibility Ticket holder (“Companion Ticket”). Please review the Ticketing Website and the Terms of Use for more information on the eligibility for and use of Accessibility Tickets and Companion Tickets.

9.3. If the Ticket Applicant fails to provide such information, or if at any time LOC Ticketing becomes aware of a misrepresentation in respect of the eligibility for an Accessibility Ticket, LOC Ticketing reserves the right, following notification to the applicant, to reject the entire Ticket Application or to cancel without notice the Accessibility Ticket, any corresponding Companion Ticket and other tickets allocated under the same application.

10. Confirmation of Ticket Purchase

10.1. If any Tickets are allocated to the Ticket Applicant, LOC Ticketing will issue the Ticket Applicant with a dedicated confirmation of the transaction following successful payment of the Ticket(s) (“Ticket Confirmation”). LOC Ticketing will inform, by any appropriate means, applicants whose request has not been successful, without however being obliged to individually justify the rejection of unsuccessful requests.

10.2. The issuance of the Ticket Confirmation confirms the sale of Tickets to the Ticket Applicant. Other than the Ticket Confirmation, no communication by LOC Ticketing or any third party shall be deemed or construed as a confirmation of a Ticket sale.

10.3. The Ticket Confirmation will specify the quantity of Tickets purchased by the Ticket Applicant, the price paid for each Ticket and the Ticket Category of each Ticket. Subject to applicable law, LOC Ticketing may correct any manifest clerical error  contained in a Ticket Confirmation subject to notifying the Ticket Applicant.

10.4. Depending on the sales phase within which the Ticket Applicant submitted a Ticket Application, the Ticket Confirmation may not indicate (a) the Stadium in which the Match will take place, (b) the Match number, (c) the specific date and time on which the Match will take place, (d) the specific seat assigned to the Ticket, (e) the teams participating in the Match, and/or (f) the form or delivery method of the Ticket, as FIFA and/or LOC Ticketing may only determine such information at a later stage.

10.5. LOC Ticketing will endeavour but cannot guarantee that all seats assigned to Tickets for a Match which are issued within a successful Ticket Application will be located adjacent to one another. Seats assigned within the same Ticket Category may be located in different rows, sections or locations in the Competition Complex and/or Stadium. LOC Ticketing makes no assurances that Ticket Applicants submitting separate successful Ticket Applications, or separate Ticket requests for the same Match made within the same Ticket Application, will be assigned seats adjacent to, or otherwise close to, one another.

11. Ticket Assignment

11.1. A Ticket Applicant is only permitted to assign Tickets to Guests either free of charge or for an amount no greater than the face value of the Ticket. In accordance with the Terms of Use, Guests are not permitted to transfer Tickets under any circumstances. If a Guest can no longer use a Ticket, then it must be returned to the Ticket Applicant. Only the Ticket Applicant is permitted to reassign a Ticket to another Guest.

11.2. LOC Ticketing approves eligibility for Accessibility Tickets on an individual basis. Therefore, the reassignment of Accessibility Tickets requires LOC Ticketing’s prior written approval on a case- by-case basis. Due to the requirement to verify eligibility for all Accessibility Tickets, LOC Ticketing cannot guarantee that any reassignment request will be approved in sufficient time prior to the Match. Please refer to the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ (“FAQs”) on the Ticketing Website for more information on how to make such a request.

11.3. For the avoidance of doubt, assigning a Ticket to any individual other than to a Guest, as described above, or any other transfer or attempted transfer of a Ticket constitutes a breach of these Terms of Sale and shall result in the cancellation of the concerned Ticket and may result in the cancellation of all Tickets purchased by the Ticket Applicant without a right to a refund. In the event of proven fraud or repeated violation, cancellation may extend to all tickets purchased by the Ticket Applicant, after notification to the latter, and without any right to reimbursement.

12. Cancellation of Tickets

12.1. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. A TICKET APPLICANT CANNOT ELECT TO CANCEL A PURCHASE OR RETURN ANY TICKETS FOR ANY REASON AFTER LOC TICKETING HAS SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED PAYMENT FOR THE TICKET, INCLUDING FOR ANY REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE TICKET APPLICANT.

12.2. LOC Ticketing may cancel the relevant Ticket (s) allocated to the Ticket Applicant following notification and without a right to a refund in the event of a breach of these Terms of Sale, or if LOC Ticketing determines that the Ticket Applicant or any Guest of the Ticket Applicant has violated the Terms of Use or the Stadium Code of Conduct in accordance with the Terms of Use.

12.3. LOC Ticketing reserves the right to cancel a Ticket in the event that a Match is cancelled, rescheduled or relocated as further described in the Terms of Use. LOC Ticketing may also cancel a Ticket in the event that FIFA is required to stage the Match with a reduced Stadium capacity as a result of safety, security, technical, health or other reasons FIFA considers appropriate. In such cases, the Ticket Applicant shall be entitled to a refund as described below.

13. Ticket Resales

13.1. LOC Ticketing may, but has no obligation to, establish an official Ticket resale platform (“Resale Platform”) on the Ticketing Website. Any such Resale Platform will be the only authorised platform for the resale of Tickets. Save as set out below, the sale and purchase of Tickets on the Resale Platform will be governed by separate terms and conditions established by LOC Ticketing.

13.2. Only the Ticket Applicant will be permitted to resell Tickets on the Resale Platform. In the event that only the main applicant's ticket is resold, the main applicant must previously reassign responsibility for the remaining group or tickets to one of their duly identified guests.

13.3. The sale and purchase of Tickets on the Resale Platform will each be subject to an administration fee established by LOC Ticketing, clearly indicated on the Ticketing Website

13.4. LOC Ticketing cannot guarantee that any Ticket will be successfully resold on the Resale Platform. In the event that a Ticket is resold on the Resale Platform, the Ticket Applicant will receive a refund in accordance with the Resale Platform terms and conditions (and not in accordance with Clause 14 below).

14. Refund Policy

14.1. Only the Ticket Applicant shall be entitled to any right of refund under these Terms of Sale. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall LOC Ticketing be required to provide a refund or any other form of compensation to any Guest of the Ticket Applicant.

14.2. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the amount of any refund will be based on the face value of the Ticket. If the cancellation is due to the Ticket Applicant’s fault or occurs as part of a resale, administrative fees remain at the Ticket Applicant’s expense. However, if the cancellation is decided by the LOC, no fees will be deducted. LOC Ticketing accepts no liability for a refunded amount being less than the original price paid for the Ticket resulting from fluctuations in currency exchange rates and/or any bank charges imposed by any third party. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, under  no circumstances shall LOC Ticketing be required to compensate the Ticket Applicant for any other costs or expenses incurred in connection with attending (or attempting to attend) a Match, including but not limited to travel or accommodation costs.

14.3. In the event that a Ticket is cancelled by LOC Ticketing:

(a) as a result of a Match being cancelled, postponed or relocated, as further described in the Terms of Use; or

(b) because FIFA or LOC  are required to reduce Stadium capacity as a result of safety, security, technical, health or other reasons FIFA or LOC consider appropriate;

Then the Ticket Applicant shall be entitled to a full refund equal to the face value of the Tickets, without deduction of administrative fees, subject to clause 14.4.

14.4. In all other cases, including if LOC Ticketing cancels a Ticket due to a breach of these Terms of Sale, the Terms of Use or the Stadium Code of Conduct by the Ticket Applicant or any Guest of the Ticket Applicant, the Ticket Applicant shall not be entitled to a refund or any other form of compensation. The reasons for LOC Ticketing not providing refunds equal to the face value of a cancelled Ticket in such cases include, but are not limited to, the administrative costs associated with investigating a breach and cancelling a Ticket, the administrative costs associated with re-issuing the Ticket for sale to the general public and the lost opportunity for LOC Ticketing to successfully resell the cancelled Ticket.

14.5. If the Ticket Applicant is entitled to a refund, LOC Ticketing will process a refund of the prescribed amount in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) to the same payment card used by the Ticket Applicant to purchase the Ticket within fifteen (15) working days following confirmation of entitlement to the refund. LOC Ticketing will not process the refund to any other payment card. If LOC Ticketing is unable to process the refund via the Ticket Applicant’s payment card, LOC Ticketing will request that the Ticket Applicant provide their bank account details in order to process the refund via bank transfer.

15. Delivery or Collection of Tickets

15.1. Subject to applicable law, tickets will be issued to the Ticket Applicant on a date determined by LOC Ticketing. The Ticket Applicant is responsible for periodically checking their Ticketing Account and the email account registered with the Ticketing Account for updates. LOC Ticketing will also notify the Ticket Applicant by any appropriate means when the Tickets will be made available.

15.2. LOC Ticketing will determine the form of each Ticket at its sole discretion. Tickets may be issued as mobile Tickets, print-at-home Tickets or paper Tickets. Only Tickets issued in the form designated by LOC Ticketing will grant access to the Stadium. No other confirmations, screenshots or any other communications from LOC Ticketing or any third party will be deemed a valid substitute for a Ticket.

Mobile Tickets

15.3. If the Ticket is issued as a mobile Ticket, the Ticket Applicant must login to their Ticketing Account and follow the instructions provided by LOC Ticketing on how to access the Ticket and, where applicable, assign a mobile Ticket to a Guest. Guests of the Ticket Applicant may be required to set up an online profile in order to use a mobile Ticket.

15.4. The Ticket Applicant (and, if applicable, their Guest) will be required to download and install a mobile application on a compatible device and provide such personal information as requested by the mobile application, in order to access the Ticket. The Ticket Applicant (and, if applicable, their Guest) will be responsible for ensuring that the Ticket is displayed correctly on the device. Further information on compatible devices and the use of mobile Tickets may be found in the FAQs on the Ticketing Website.

Print-at-Home Tickets

15.5. If the Ticket is issued as a print-at-home Ticket, the Ticket Applicant must login to their Ticketing Account and follow the instructions provided by LOC Ticketing on how to print the Ticket. Print- at-home Tickets will only be considered valid if they are printed prior to the Match in exactly such manner as described and instructed by LOC Ticketing on the Ticketing Website.

15.6. The Ticket Applicant shall be required to nominate the name of the Ticket Applicant or their Guest on each respective Ticket. The name of the nominated individual shall appear on the print-at-home Ticket and shall grant Competition Complex and/or Stadium access only to the individual named on the Ticket.

15.7. The printing of duplicate Tickets is prohibited. The Ticket Applicant is prohibited from making any changes to a print-at-home Ticket after it has been printed.

Paper Tickets

15.8. In the event that LOC Ticketing issues a paper Ticket, the Ticket Applicant shall be required to collect the Ticket from an official LOC Ticketing office , the address of which will be provided when purchasing Ticket or as otherwise specified by LOC Ticketing. The Ticket Applicant must provide any documentation and proof of identity required by LOC Ticketing in order to collect the Ticket. The Ticket Applicant must collect the Ticket prior to the corresponding Match day. LOC Ticketing shall not be held liable for any failure by the Ticket Applicant to provide the required documentation and/or to collect the Ticket in sufficient time prior to the Match.

15.9. Only in exceptional circumstances (determined by LOC Ticketing at its discretion) will a paper Ticket be delivered to the Ticket Applicant by post. In such cases, the Ticket will be posted to the delivery address provided by the Ticket Applicant in the Ticket Application. The Ticket Applicant shall be responsible for any and all costs relating to the delivery of the Ticket.

1.1. The Competition will include official matches (each a “Match”) played on designated football pitches at football complex (“Competition Complex”) and the semi-final and final matches played at Prince Moulay El Hassan Stadium (“Stadium”) located within the Competition Complex.  These Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) apply to each official ticket (“Ticket”) for one or more official Matches and entry into the Competition Complex including, where applicable, the Stadium.

1.2. A Ticket may only be used by a person who purchases or otherwise receives the Ticket (“Ticket Purchaser”) directly from LOC or any third party authorised by LOC to sell Tickets (“LOC Ticketing”), and those associated individuals to whom a Ticket Purchaser is expressly authorised by LOC Ticketing to distribute their Tickets, such as invited guests. “Ticket Holder” shall mean each Ticket Purchaser and each individual to whom the Ticket Purchaser validly distributes their Tickets.

1.3. By accepting, purchasing or using a Ticket, a Ticket Holder unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to be legally bound by and comply with these Terms of Use at all times. Each Ticket Purchaser shall ensure that each Ticket Holder for whom they purchase or otherwise provide a Ticket is made aware of, agrees, and complies at all times with these Terms of Use. Each Ticket shall remain at all times the property of LOC. Notwithstanding that Tickets may only be used by a Ticket Holder, any other individual who accepts, possesses or uses a Ticket is also subject to and bound by all restrictions applicable to Ticket Holders set out under these Terms of Use.

1.4. Tickets obtained from any source that is not expressly authorised by LOC Ticketing are not valid and will not be accepted. Authorised ticket sources will be listed by LOC Ticketing from time to time on URL, accessible via www.FIFA.com/tickets (http://www.fifa.com/tickets)  (“Ticketing Website”). Any individual attempting to use a Ticket is responsible for ensuring the Ticket is valid and may be required, upon request, to verify that they have obtained the Ticket through an authorised source. 1.5. Ticket Terms of Use Each Ticket Holder is also legally bound by and shall comply with FIFA’s rules governing Stadium and Competition Complex safety, security and conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”) when attending a Match or being inside the Competition Complex, the terms of which shall be deemed incorporated herein. The Stadium Code of Conduct will include a list of prohibited behaviours and items that a Ticket Holder may not bring into the Competition Complex and will be made available on the Ticketing Website prior to the start of the Competition. Under the Stadium Code of Conduct, each Ticket Holder will be required to follow all applicable laws, regulations, orders and instructions given by FIFA, LOC, LOC Ticketing, Moroccan Football Federation (“FRMF”), venue or stadium security, and local authorities whilst inside the Competition Complex.

1.6. These Terms of Use, the Ticket Terms of Sale and the Stadium Code of Conduct may be modified or revised by FIFA, LOC or LOC Ticketing at any time by providing an updated version of the Terms of Use or the Stadium Code of Conduct on the Ticketing Website. Ticket Holders should visit the Ticketing Website periodically to review the latest versions of the Terms of Use and the Stadium Code of Conduct.

1.7. These Terms of Use govern the use of Tickets. The purchase (or complimentary receipt) of Tickets is governed by separate terms and conditions, which may differ depending on the category of purchaser (e.g. group sales customer or general public customer) or the type of product being purchased (e.g. hospitality package or individual Ticket) (“Terms of Sale”).

1.8. Any individual who has been banned at any time from attending football matches in any location by law enforcement, sports governing bodies, stadium operators or football match organisers, or any individual deemed a safety or security risk by law enforcement or any other relevant authorities (including, without limitation, private security at the Competition Complex), may be refused entry to the Competition Complex or Stadium (or may be removed from the Competition Complex or Stadium) and may have their Ticket cancelled without notice.

1.9. TICKET HOLDERS ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY REFUNDS OR OTHER FORMS OF COMPENSATION FOR CANCELLED TICKETS OR UNDER ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE. PARAGRAPH 15 OF THESE TERMS OF USE CONTAINS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING REFUNDS.

1.10. Any Ticket Holder information provided to LOC Ticketing in connection with the receipt or use of a Ticket is covered by the Terms of Sale and the data protection policy available at the Ticketing Website.

2. Nature and Use of Tickets

2.1. Each Ticket represents a personal, revocable licence for one person to enter the Competition Complex and occupy a seat to attend the Match(es) specified on the Ticket during the hours designated by FIFA, subject to the availability of free seats for each such Match and subject at all times to these Terms of Use.

2.2. To enter the Competition Complex or Stadium for a Match, a Ticket Holder must present a valid Ticket, in a form authorised and distributed by LOC Ticketing, at the designated Competition Complex and Stadium access point(s). LOC Ticketing has the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what form of Ticket is required to enter the Competition Complex and Stadium (e.g. paper ticket, print-at-home ticket, mobile ticket, etc.). Certain distribution methods, such as mobile ticket distribution, may require a Ticket Holder to possess a compatible and fully functional mobile device and download a software application to access and use a Ticket. The use of such software application may require the Ticket Holder to accept separate terms of use applicable to the application.

2.3. Every person wishing to enter the Competition Complex or attend a Match needs their own Ticket, irrespective of their age. Persons under the age of sixteen (16) years must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst in the Competition Complex and its surrounding areas. Parents or legal guardians of any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years using a Ticket are responsible for the conduct of the minor at all times.

2.4. Depending on the category of Ticket Purchaser by whom Tickets are purchased, certain Tickets may be personalised to a Ticket Holder, for example by their first and last name. Each Ticket Purchaser is responsible for ensuring Tickets are accurately personalised for each applicable Ticket Holder. A Ticket Holder must be able to demonstrate, to the satisfaction of LOC or Competition Complex security, that they are validly entitled to use the respective Ticket, for example by verifying their identity. Acceptable forms of identification will be described from time to time on the Ticketing Website. If the Ticket Holder is not able to demonstrate their entitlement to use a Ticket, they may be refused entry to the Competition Complex or Stadium (or removed from the Competition Complex or Stadium) and the Ticket may be cancelled without notice.

2.5. The competing teams, seat location, Match date, Match kick-off time, Match duration, Competition Complex and Stadium associated with any Ticket may be changed by FIFA or LOC at any time. Changes to the location of a seat are also subject to Clause 4 of these Terms of Use and changes to the date or Competition Complex or Stadium of a Match are also subject to Clause 12 of these Terms of Use.

2.6. Ticket Holders are responsible for arranging, at their own cost, transportation to and from the Competition Complex as well as any accommodation that they may require.

2.7. Each Ticket Holder is responsible, at their own cost, for arranging and securing their own travel and entry into and out of the State of Morocco. A Ticket Holder may be required to apply for and obtain a visa or other forms of permission from the State of Morocco or other governmental authorities to travel to Morocco. A Ticket Holder may be required to adhere to prescribed medical measures prior to travel, and upon arrival in, the State of Morocco (see also Clause 13.2). If a Ticket Holder fails to obtain the requisite permissions from the State of Morocco or other governmental authorities or is refused entry to the State of Morocco due to his/her failure to adhere to the prescribed medical measures, the Ticket Holder is not entitled to any form of compensation from LOC Ticketing or any of the Released Parties.

2.8. Ticket Holders must maintain possession of their Tickets at all times whilst in the Competition Complex. Ticket Holders who leave the Stadium after entry will not be permitted to re-enter the Stadium except in exceptional circumstances as determined by LOC in its sole discretion.

2.9. A Ticket does not permit a Ticket Holder to park a vehicle at the Competition Complex or Stadium.

3. Accessibility and Companion Tickets

3.1. The issuance and use of Tickets for disabled people and people with limited mobility (“Accessibility Tickets”) is restricted to those who meet LOC Ticketing’s eligibility criteria. As part of the application process for Accessibility Tickets the Ticket Purchaser, either on their own behalf or on behalf of another individual in accordance with the Terms of Sale, is required to submit to LOC Ticketing certain information and/or official documents demonstrating the individual’s eligibility for an Accessibility Ticket (“Proof of Eligibility”). Any holder of an Accessibility Ticket (“Accessibility Ticket Holder”) has been issued an Accessibility Ticket on the basis that they meet LOC Ticketing’s eligibility requirements. If LOC Ticketing determines at any time that the Accessibility Ticket Holder does not meet LOC Ticketing’s eligibility requirements, including as a result of a misrepresentation in the Proof of Eligibility, LOC Ticketing may cancel the Accessibility Ticket without notice.

3.2. Certain categories of Accessibility Tickets permit the Accessibility Ticket Holder to be accompanied in the Competition Complex and Stadium by a companion (“Companion”), who is entitled to a complimentary Ticket in accordance with the Terms of Sale (“Companion Ticket”). The holder of a Companion Ticket is required to enter the Competition Complex and Stadium with the Accessibility Ticket Holder and accompany the Accessibility Ticket Holder at all times whilst inside the Competition Complex or Stadium.

3.3. In order to enter and remain inside the Competition Complex and Stadium, an Accessibility Ticket Holder (or Companion on their behalf) must carry and be able to present their Proof of Eligibility upon the request of FIFA, LOC or Competition Complex or Stadium security. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the Accessibility Ticket (and, consequently, any associated Companion Ticket).

3.4. Except as set out in this Section 3, Accessibility Tickets are subject to the same terms as other Tickets under these Terms of Use (including the terms regarding cancellation). If an Accessibility Ticket is cancelled for any reason, any Companion Ticket associated with the cancelled Accessibility Ticket shall automatically be deemed cancelled.

4. Seating

4.1. Each Ticket will be assigned to a specific seat in the Stadium within the seating category to which the Ticket applies (e.g. Category 1, Category 2, etc.) (“Seat Location”). LOC Ticketing or the relevant Competition Complex or Stadium authorities may determine and change the Seat Location for a given Ticket at any time, including after a Ticket has been purchased and on the date of the Match, provided that the new Seat Location is in the same seating category or a seating category associated with a higher Ticket face value. A Ticket Holder may only sit in the Seat Location assigned to their Ticket unless otherwise instructed by LOC Ticketing or the relevant Competition Complex or Stadium authorities.

4.2. The consumption of alcohol within the Competition Complex or Stadium by a Ticket Holder may be subject to such restrictions as may be determined by FIFA, LOC, Competition Complex security and the laws of the State of Morocco. Such restrictions may include, without limitation, limiting the purchase and/or consumption of alcohol to designated times and/or areas within the Competition Complex and Stadium.

4.3. Tickets purchased together may be assigned Seat Locations that are not adjacent to or in close proximity to one another. In addition, Tickets that may at one time be assigned Seat Locations that are adjacent to or in close proximity to one another may have their corresponding Seat Locations changed pursuant to Clause 4.1 above to Seat Locations that are not adjacent to or in close proximity to one another.

4.4. LOC Ticketing may at any time reduce the number of Ticket Holders that can attend a Match as a result of safety, security, technical, health or other reasons LOC Ticketing considers appropriate. In such event, LOC Ticketing may determine in its sole discretion which Tickets will be cancelled and will notify the Ticket Purchaser of the cancelled Tickets by email. The Ticket Purchaser is responsible for notifying any associated Ticket Holders that their Tickets have been cancelled.

4.5. VIEWS OF THE FIELD OF PLAY MAY BE OBSTRUCTED FROM CERTAIN SEATS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, LOC TICKETING MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND THAT THE SEAT LOCATION WILL GIVE A TICKET HOLDER AN UNINTERRUPTED OR UNINHIBITED VIEW OF THE MATCH.

5. Stadium Searches of Ticket Holder and Belongings

To use a Ticket to attend a Match, a Ticket Holder must consent to their person and belongings being searched prior to and/or after entry into the Competition Complex and Stadium. If the Ticket Holder refuses to consent to such searches, the Ticket Holder may be refused entry into, or may be required to leave, the Competition Complex.

6. Ticket Transfer Restrictions

6.1. Except as expressly authorised in writing by LOC Ticketing, or as permitted by these Terms of Use, Ticket Holders shall not, whether physically or online, offer for sale, sell, offer at auctions, give away or otherwise transfer (“Transfer”) or attempt to Transfer, or engage a third party to facilitate or solicit offers for the Transfer of their Tickets under any circumstances, including any use or attempted use of Tickets for promotions, incentive programmes, sweepstakes, contests, giveaways or raffles or as part of hotel, flight, hospitality or travel packages. Tickets that have been impermissibly Transferred are not valid and may be cancelled at any time without notice. Tickets may also not be used for any advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes without LOC Ticketing’s express prior written authorisation.

6.2. LOC Ticketing restricts the Transfer of Tickets for reasons including: (i) Match security; (ii) consumer protection; (iii) avoidance of counterfeit tickets; and (iv) protection of a fair pricing scheme as described in greater detail on the Ticketing Website from time to time.

6.3. LOC Ticketing may, but has no obligation to, permit a Ticket Purchaser to resell their Tickets on a resale platform authorised by LOC Ticketing, subject to any resale terms determined by LOC Ticketing, which may include a resale fee. If LOC Ticketing decides to authorise the resale of Tickets on an authorised resale platform, LOC Ticketing will provide information about the resale process, platform and terms on the Ticketing Website.

6.4. Any actual or attempted Transfer of any Tickets in violation of these Terms of Use may result in civil and criminal fines and penalties to the extent provided under applicable law.

7. Safeguarding of Tickets

7.1. Ticket Holders are responsible for safeguarding their Tickets at all times. LOC Ticketing is not under any obligation to replace lost, stolen, damaged or corrupted Tickets.

7.2. A Ticket Holder presenting a damaged, defective or altered Ticket to attend a Match may be refused entry into the Competition Complex or Stadium.

7.3. Where applicable, LOC Ticketing shall provide instructions on using and safeguarding print-at- home Tickets and mobile Tickets on the Ticketing Website, which must be followed at all times.

7.4. Ticket Holders acknowledge that the attempted duplication of a Ticket may result in the Ticket Holder being refused entry to (or being removed from) the Stadium and the Ticket being cancelled without notice.

8. Image and Likeness Release

By using a Ticket to attend the Competition, each Ticket Holder grants FIFA, LOC and any third party authorised by FIFA or LOC the unrestricted right and licence to use worldwide and in perpetuity the Ticket Holder’s image, likeness, actions, name, voice and statements in connection with any live or delayed broadcast or other transmission or reproduction of the Competition, in whole or in part, by means of any media existing now or in the future, for any purpose and without compensation, consideration or notification. Each Ticket Holder waives in advance all rights and actions seeking to oppose such use.

9. FIFA’s Commercial and Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. Each Ticket Holder acknowledges that FIFA is the sole and exclusive owner of the Competition and of all commercial and intellectual property rights relating thereto, including all copyright, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, symbols, logos and emblems. Each Ticket Holder further acknowledges that, other than as may be permitted by existing laws on fair use, the Ticket Holder has no right to use, display or exploit FIFA’s commercial and intellectual property rights without FIFA’s prior written approval.

9.2. Ticket Holders are strictly prohibited from conducting any activities in or around the Competition Complex, on behalf of themselves or any third parties which, in FIFA’s opinion, may directly or indirectly create a commercial association between the Ticket Holder or a third party and FIFA, the Competition (or any part of it) or its commercial affiliates without the authorisation of FIFA, whether by way of an unauthorised use of logos or otherwise (“Ambush Marketing”). Ambush Marketing includes, without limitation, marketing, sales, product or sample distribution as well as any promotional or advertising activities of any kind, including wearing, possessing or holding promotional or commercial items without the authorisation of FIFA. Such items may be confiscated by FIFA or Competition Complex authorities without compensation to the Ticket Holder.

9.3. Ticket Holders are strictly prohibited from conducting, or assisting others in conducting, from within the Competition Complex any form of live transmission, broadcast, streaming or other live dissemination of any audio, still or moving images, or statistics or data relating to any Match or Competition-related event.

10. Event Content and Licence

10.1. Any photographs, sounds, videos, other audio, visual or audio-visual material, accounts or descriptions of any Match (such as text, data or imagery) or any other content relating to the Competition which is captured or produced by a Ticket Holder whilst attending the Competition Complex (“Event Content”) may only be captured or produced with equipment that is permitted to be brought into the Competition Complex and Stadium under the Stadium Code of Conduct and must only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10.2. Each Ticket Holder hereby grants to FIFA and LOC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use and exploit their Event Content (including all copyright, database rights and any other intellectual property rights relating thereto) for any purpose whatsoever. The licence granted to FIFA and LOC herein shall be exclusive, save in respect of any Event Content used solely by the Ticket Holder for personal, non-commercial purposes, in which case the licence shall be non- exclusive.

10.3. Examples of personal, non-commercial purposes may include posting non-live Event Content on the Ticket Holder’s personal webpage or social media account, or sharing such Event Content (by means of physical or electronic media) with the Ticket Holder’s close friends and family. Personal, non-commercial purposes never include any live dissemination of Event Content prohibited under Clause 9.3 above, using Event Content to promote, sponsor, endorse or sell products or services, or posting or displaying Event Content on any form of physical or electronic media which purports to be affiliated to, associated with or sponsored by FIFA, LOC or the Competition. FIFA and LOC reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to determine whether any use of Event Content represents a violation of these Terms of Use.

10.4. Each Ticket Holder acknowledges that FIFA and LOC, at their sole discretion, have the right but not the obligation to enforce their rights in relation to any Event Content.

11. Match Details

11.1. The teams playing in a Match are subject to change without notice. No specific players or other individuals are guaranteed to play or otherwise participate in a given Match.

11.2. The duration of a Match is not guaranteed, and a Match may be cancelled, stopped prematurely, interrupted or replayed in its entirety for any reasons FIFA considers appropriate, including due to the International Football Association Board (IFAB) Laws of the Game of association football then in force or due to events beyond FIFA’s reasonable control.

12. Cancellation, Rescheduling, Relocation and Replay of Matches

12.1. Cancellation. A Match is cancelled if FIFA determines that a Match will not be played as originally scheduled and FIFA has no intention at the time of cancellation of rescheduling the Match. FIFA has the right to cancel a Match at any time for any reason, including due to events beyond FIFA’s reasonable control. Upon cancellation of a Match, all Tickets for such Match shall automatically be cancelled. LOC Ticketing will notify the Ticket Purchaser by email that a Match has been cancelled. The Ticket Purchaser is responsible for notifying any associated Ticket Holders that the Match has been cancelled.

12.2. Rescheduling. A Match is rescheduled if FIFA determines that a Match will not be played on the date and/or time originally scheduled and FIFA intends to hold the Match at a new date and/or time. FIFA has the right to reschedule a Match at any time for any reason, including due to events beyond FIFA’s reasonable control. If a Match is rescheduled, LOC Ticketing may determine at its sole discretion and on a Ticket-by-Ticket basis whether a Ticket for the originally scheduled Match will remain valid for the rescheduled Match, whether a new Ticket will be issued to the Ticket Purchaser for the rescheduled Match, or whether a Ticket for the originally scheduled Match will be cancelled. LOC Ticketing will notify the Ticket Purchaser by email that a Match has been rescheduled and whether some or all of the Tickets purchased or otherwise received by the Ticket Purchaser have been cancelled. The Ticket Purchaser is responsible for notifying any associated Ticket Holders that the Match has been rescheduled.

12.3. Relocation. A Match is relocated if FIFA changes the location of the pitch or Stadium in which the Match will be played, irrespective of whether the Match is also rescheduled in connection with a pitch or Stadium change. FIFA has the right to relocate a Match at any time for any reason, including due to events beyond FIFA’s reasonable control. If a Match is relocated, LOC Ticketing may determine at its sole discretion and on a Ticket-by-Ticket basis whether a Ticket for the originally located Match will remain valid for the relocated Match, whether a new Ticket will be issued to the Ticket Purchaser for the relocated Match, or whether a Ticket for the originally located Match will be cancelled. LOC Ticketing will notify the Ticket Purchaser by email that a Match has been relocated and whether some or all of the Tickets purchased or otherwise received by the Ticket Purchaser have been cancelled. The Ticket Purchaser is responsible for notifying any associated Ticket Holders that the Match has been relocated.

12.4. Replay. A Match is replayed if FIFA decides to replay a completed or partially-completed Match. FIFA has the right to replay a completed or partially-completed Match at any time for any reason, including due to events beyond FIFA’s reasonable control, without any notification. A replayed Match is considered a new Match and Tickets issued for the original Match are not valid for the replayed Match.

13. Infectious Disease Safety Precautions & Protocols

13.1. In order to attempt to reduce the spread of or the risk of contracting certain infectious diseases, FIFA may adopt rules and protocols that a Ticket Holder must agree to abide by in order to attend a Match. LOC Ticketing will notify Ticket Purchasers by email of any such rules and protocols. Each Ticket Purchaser shall be responsible for notifying any associated Ticket Holders of such rules and protocols. Due to the evolving understanding about appropriate and effective methods to reduce the risk of spreading or contracting certain infectious diseases, such rules and protocols may only be provided to Ticket Holders shortly before a Match and may be subject to change.

13.2. Ticket Holders may also be required to adhere to health and safety rules and protocols imposed by local authorities of the State of Morocco aimed at reducing the spread of or the risk of contracting certain infectious diseases. Such rules and protocols may include a Ticket Holder being required to demonstrate prior to and/or upon arrival in the State of Morocco, to the satisfaction of such local authorities and in accordance with applicable law (i) a sufficient status of vaccination against any such infectious disease, (ii) a test result indicating that the Ticket Holder is negative for the presence of any such infectious disease, tested and recorded in accordance with local authority requirements, and (iii) that they meet any other health and safety requirement(s) imposed by any local authority of the State of Morocco. Ticket Holders are solely responsible for ensuring that they are aware of, and adhere to, all such rules and protocols.

13.3. Tickets Holders will not be entitled to any refunds or other form of compensation if they are unable or unwilling to abide by any such rules and protocols imposed by FIFA or any local authority of the State of Morocco.

13.4. Cancellation of Tickets

13.5. Without limiting any other circumstances under which Tickets may be cancelled as set out in these Terms of Use, a Ticket may be cancelled without notice to the Ticket Holder if:

13.1. the Ticket Holder fails to comply with or otherwise violates any of these Terms of Use (including the Stadium Code of Conduct); or

13.2. the Ticket Purchaser who purchased or received the Ticket violates the Terms of Sale or Terms of Use.

13.6. If a Ticket is cancelled, the licence to enter and remain in the Competition Complex or Stadium associated with the Ticket is immediately and automatically revoked.

14. Assumption of Risk; Waiver and Release of Liability

14.1. EACH TICKET HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS RELATED TO ATTENDING A MATCH AT A STADIUM AND PARTAKING IN ANY EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES IN AND AROUND THE STADIUM, INCLUDING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY OR DEATH), THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, VIRUSES, BACTERIA OR ILLNESSES OR THE CAUSES THEREOF, SICKNESS, LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PROPERTY, LOUD MUSIC, FLASHING LIGHTS AND FIREWORKS, TEMPERATURE AND WEATHER CONDITIONS, OFFENSIVE, VULGAR OR OBSCENELANGUAGE OR MATERIALS, THE ACTIONS OR INACTIONS (INCLUDING NEGLIGENT ACTIONS OR INACTIONS) OF OTHER PERSONS WITHIN AND AROUND THE STADIUM. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW, EACH TICKET HOLDER HEREBY WAIVES ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO SUCH RISKS.

14.2. AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO INFECTIOUS DISEASES IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT, INCLUDING STADIUM PROPERTY. PRE-EXISTING RISK FACTORS SUCH AS UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND ADVANCED AGE MAY MAKE CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS PARTICULARLY VULNERABLE. BY ENTERING STADIUM PROPERTY, A TICKET HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE CONTAGIOUS DISEASES.

14.3. To the maximum extent permitted under the applicable law, each Ticket Holder fully, irrevocably and unconditionally releases FIFA, LOC, LOC Ticketing and all of their affiliated entities, each member association and confederation that is part of FIFA, the owner and operator of any Competition Complex or Stadium, and the officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, elected and appointed officials of each of the foregoing entities (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims that the Ticket Holder may have against any of the Released Parties that relate to any of the risks described in Clauses 14.1 and 14.2 above, whether caused by any action, inaction or the active or passive negligence of any Released Party or otherwise.

14.4. Each Ticket Holder consents to receiving medical treatment that may be deemed advisable or necessary in the event of an injury, accident or illness suffered by the Ticket Holder whilst attending a Match, to the applicable law, maximum extent permitted under, and fully releases FIFA (and its designees), the LOC and the Ministry of Public Health of the State of Morocco (and their designees) from any and all liability resulting from taking such action.

15. Refunds; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification

15.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THESE TERMS OF USE DO NOT ENTITLE ANY TICKET HOLDERS TO ANY REFUNDS OR ANY OTHER FORM OF COMPENSATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IN THE EVENT THAT A TICKET IS CANCELLED PURSUANT TO THESE TERMS OF USE, THE ONLY PERSON OR ENTITY THAT MAY BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND IS THE ORIGINAL TICKET PURCHASER OF THE CANCELLED TICKET, AND ONLY IF AND TO THE EXTENT THE TICKET PURCHASER IS ENTITLED TO A REFUND UNDER THE APPLICABLE TERMS OF SALE GOVERNING THE PURCHASE OF THE CANCELLED TICKETS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, NO OTHER TICKET HOLDER IS ENTITLED TO REFUND OR ANY OTHER COMPENSATION, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, ATTEMPTED USE OR CANCELLATION OF A TICKET OR THE RESCHEDULING,, RELOCATION, POSTPONEMENT OR REPLAY OF A MATCH.

15.2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) CLAUSE 15.1, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF ANY RELEASED PARTY TO A TICKET HOLDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET.

15.3.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, EACH TICKET HOLDER SHALL BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE STADIUM CODE OF CONDUCT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, EACH TICKET HOLDER FULLY INDEMNIFIES AND HOLDS HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY LOSS SUFFERED BY THEM RESULTING THEREFROM.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1. FIFA, LOC, LOC Ticketing and their respective affiliated entities may enforce these Terms of Use, including the right to cancel Tickets under these Terms of Use.

16.2. Subject to any mandatory requirements under applicable law, although these Terms of Use have been distributed in multiple languages, the Arabic version shall control in the event of any dispute or in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the different versions.

16.3. Certain provisions of these Terms of Use may be restated in a condensed version on a Ticket. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between the condensed version and the full-form version of the Terms of Use set out herein, the full-form version shall always govern.

16.4. If any portion of these Terms of Use is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent court, the invalid, illegal or unenforceable terms shall be severed from these Terms of Use and the remainder of these Terms of Use shall remain in effect.

16.5. For the avoidance of indemnities, waivers, doubt, all releases, rights, remedies, liabilities, exclusions and limitations under these Terms of Use shall apply only to the maximum extent applicable law, and nothing in these Terms of permitted under Use shall exclude, restrict or otherwise prejudice any rights or consumers under mandatory applicable law.
