"General Terms and Conditions for the Acquisition and Use of Tickets (GTCU) – KAC ClubAny holder of a ticket (hereinafter the ""Ticket"") to attend a match organized by KAC Club (the ""Match"") at the Stade Municipal de Kénitra (the ""Stadium"") is deemed to have read and understood the General Terms and Conditions for the Acquisition and Use of Tickets (GTCU) and undertakes to comply with them:1 Any use of a Ticket and any admission to the Stadium are subject to these GTCU and any applicable regulations or police decisions issued by the competent authorities (the ""Authorities""), including KAC Club, the police authorities, and the Stadium owner.2 The GTCU are available only on the official KAC Club website in French and Arabic. In the event of a discrepancy between the language versions, the French version shall prevail in accordance with applicable law. 3 The Ticket constitutes a revocable authorization and may not be used for promotional or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the KAC Club. In the event of a violation, the Authorities reserve the right to cancel the Ticket, refuse admission, or expel the holder, without refund.4 The Ticket holder assumes responsibility and waives any claim against the Authorities for any damage or loss suffered in connection with the Match, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Authorities.5 Except for private use, it is prohibited to record, transmit, or broadcast any image, sound, text, or description of the Match.6 The Ticket holder irrevocably consents to the recording and free, unlimited, worldwide use by the KAC Club and/or its delegates of their personal data, voice, and image, on any existing or future media.7 All Ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless specifically provided by law. The Ticket cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft, or destruction.8 For security reasons, the holder must comply with the Authorities' instructions, particularly regarding identity checks and searches. It is prohibited to bring into the Stadium: illicit substances, drinks, food, weapons, explosive or dangerous objects, as well as any political, religious, ideological, or advertising signs or banners.9 The Stadium may be equipped with a video surveillance system under the control of the Authorities, and the images may be used for legal purposes.10 The Authorities may change the date, time, or location of the Match for security reasons or force majeure. In this case, the holder will receive, where possible, a Ticket of the same category. In the event of cancellation of the Match, a refund of the nominal price (excluding fees) will be issued.11 The Ticket holder must behave and dress decently. 12 Access to the Stadium is subject to presentation of a valid Ticket, including for children of all ages.13 Assigned seats: The holder must occupy the designated seat. In the event of non-compliance, security personnel may take the necessary measures, including expulsion, without compensation.14 Holders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult holding a Ticket.15 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed void or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in effect.16 The Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Moroccan law.17 Any dispute relating to a Ticket must first be submitted to the KAC Club amicably before any legal proceedings. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the French version shall prevail under Applicable Law. 3 The Ticket constitutes a revocable authorization and may not be used for promotional or commercial purposes without prior written consent from the KAC Club.
