1. Tickets & Entry

01. How and when will I receive my tickets? You will receive your digital ticket via the webook app immediately after completing your purchase. Presentation of the ticket is mandatory to enter the Algarve International Circuit. You can present it on your mobile device.

02. I can't attend. Can I return my tickets? Tickets cannot be returned. Once purchased, the sale is final, in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted at the time of purchase, and will not entitle the buyer to any partial refund.

03. Can I buy a ticket on the day? And at the venue? You can purchase tickets up until the day of the race, on October 18, through the online platform, subject to availability at the time.

04. Can I enter and leave the venue during the races? Yes, with the presentation of your ticket. Each entry and exit is recorded in the access control system.

05. What is required to be allowed into the circuit? To enter the Circuit, you must have your ticket and an official photo ID (Citizen Card, ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).

06. Is child entry allowed? What is the age limit?

• Children under 3 years old: not allowed

• Up to 16 years old: free entry (with specific conditions)

07. Will there be a lot of traffic? Can I arrive close to the start time? On event days, there will be a very large influx of vehicles and spectators at the Circuit.

2. Venue & Circuit Info

01. About the Algarve International Circuit The Algarve International Circuit (AIA), with a capacity for 90,000 seated spectators, is part of the Algarve Motorsports Park in Portimão, a complex dedicated to motorsport that includes the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, the Kartódromo Internacional do Algarve and various infrastructures offering unique conditions for driving experiences. The AIA's inaugural race took place on 2 November 2008, hosting the final round of that year's World Superbike Championship. Within the same complex, you can find: a Race track, a Karting track, an Off-road park, a Hotel, Apartments, a Technology park, Sports complex. On the official AIA website, you can find all information about each facility, the available activities and even purchase driving experiences at the Racing School. Make your experience at GT WORLD CHALLENGE EUROPE POWERED BY AWS 2026 the best possible. Arrive at the Algarve International Circuit a few hours in advance, bring your ticket and identification document, follow the instructions of the security authorities and support staff, and enjoy a day full of activities starting (provisional information) at 08:30 each morning and continuing into the afternoon.

03. Will smoking be allowed in the stands? Smoking will not be allowed in the stands. Designated areas for smoking will be clearly marked behind the stands.

3. Transport & Parking

01. Will there be free transport to the circuit? No, there will be no free shuttles to the circuit.

02. Is there transport that circulates around the stands, or do I have to walk the entire route? No, there won't be any shuttles around the circuit to take you to your stand.

03. Parking and mobility Parking for this event will be free. Disabled parking will also be free, but it's very limited so we recommend that people with disabilities come early to guarantee a spot.

4. Special Needs

01. Is there public transport? There are no regular public transport services or free shuttles.

02. I have reduced mobility and a disabled parking permit. Can I park close to the stand? Yes. If you have purchased a Reduced Mobility seat in the Main Stand and hold a parking permit for spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility, you may park accordingly, as indicated on the parking map.

5. Facilities & Services

01. Do all stands have access to toilets and food & beverage drink points? Yes. All stands will have one or more toilets (depending on the size of the stand) and at least one food and drink point.

6. What You Can Bring

01. Can I take a helmet to the grandstand? And a camera? There won't be any place to leave jackets or helmets. People should hold onto their belongings.

02. Is it allowed to bring food and drinks? By order of the authorities, and as with other sports and recreational events (such as football matches and stadiums), the entry of food and drinks into the Circuit is controlled. Only food and drinks for individual consumption are allowed (for example, one bottle, sandwich, piece of fruit, or snack). For safety reasons, the authorities may instruct that bottles enter without caps. There are several places to buy food and drinks at the stands. For logistical reasons, it is impossible to have the full variety of food offered at the Circuit available at every stand, but there will be several options at all stands.

7. Access & Viewing

01. Which grandstands and gates does my ticket grant access to? Your ticket only grants access to the stand indicated on it, and each stand has only one entry gate, which you can check on the map. Access will not be allowed through any other gate or to any other stand.

02. Are the seats reserved? No, the seats are not reserved. If you have any doubts, you can ask the staff at the entrances for assistance.

8. Recommendation & Tips

01. Important recommendations On event days (16–18 October), especially on the final day, Sunday 18 October, a large influx of spectators and vehicles is expected. To avoid queues and delays:

• Arrive at the Circuit several hours in advance;

• Allow enough time to park and walk to your grandstand.

• Bring your ticket and identification document.

• Follow the instructions of the authorities and support staff. This will ensure a smoother experience and allow you to fully enjoy all the event's activities.

02. Safety and behaviour rules At the circuit entrance, security staff will carry out electronic access control using barcode scanners. The barcodes contain ticket information, and presentation of a personal identification document is mandatory. Once inside the venue, directional signage will help spectators find their grandstand and seat, with staff available to provide assistance.

Behaviour inside the venue: The consumption of alcoholic beverages in the grandstands is strictly prohibited and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas, namely near the Main Grandstand. Failure to comply with venue rules or security staff instructions may result in immediate expulsion from the circuit, without ticket refund. Likewise, any spectator found to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, or displaying inappropriate behaviour that compromises safety, well-being, or the proper running of the event, may be asked to leave the venue without reimbursement. The venue will close daily approximately two hours after the end of activities. Spectators are advised to remain calm when leaving and to strictly follow staff instructions to ensure safety and a smooth flow of people. Signage and staff members will be available to guide spectators when leaving the grandstands and to manage crowd flow.
