The 12th Red Sea Conference

The 12th Red Sea Conference is a specialized scientific conference on the archaeology of the Red Sea, held over four days, from 4–7 December. It brings together leading researchers, academics, and specialists in archaeology, heritage, and disciplines related to the Red Sea. The conference features a comprehensive program of scientific sessions, lectures, and panel discussions designed to advance scholarly research, promote knowledge exchange, and foster collaboration among experts in the field.

The conference was first established in 2002 at the British Museum. Since then, it has been hosted by renowned universities and academic and research institutions across the world, becoming one of the foremost scholarly forums dedicated to the study of the Red Sea's history, archaeology, maritime heritage, and cultural environment.
