Salwa Mosaic Daily Workshops (90 Minutes)

1. Advance Reservation Fee (50 SAR) Nature of Payment: The advance amount (50 SAR) is a reservation guarantee fee and is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances listed below. Usage: Upon attending the workshop, this full amount acts as credit and will be deducted from the final price of the artwork piece chosen by the customer/child. 2. Cancellation by the Customer Prior to Appointment: If the customer decides to cancel the reservation before the scheduled time, the reservation fee (50 SAR) will be forfeited and will not be refunded. Non-Attendance (No-Show): In case of non-attendance at the scheduled time without prior notification, the reservation fee is forfeited and cannot be claimed or transferred to another booking. 3. Cancellation by the Organizer Workshop Cancellation: If the workshop is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or technical issues), the customer is entitled to choose one of the following options: Refund: A full refund of the reservation fee (50 SAR) only. Reschedule: Transferring the full paid amount towards an alternative, available booking date.
