Attendance Policies for the Everyman

1. General Policies

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of cancellation or changes made by the organizer.

Participants in the workshop must be at least 18 years old.

Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources will be considered invalid.

Smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited.

Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

Personal photography is allowed, but the use of professional photography equipment is prohibited unless authorized in advance.

The event may be photographed or recorded for media coverage and promotional purposes.

The organizer reserves the right to modify event schedules or content without prior notice.

Attendees must follow the instructions of security personnel and the organizing team.

Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities.

Attendees must comply with the public decency regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Standing or sitting in aisles and designated emergency exits is strictly prohibited.

2. Disclaimer on Effects

Some performances may use strong lighting or sound effects that could cause discomfort to certain individuals.

By entering the venue, attendees acknowledge awareness of these effects and accept personal responsibility.

3. Health & Safety

The organizer is not responsible for any health issues that may arise due to lighting or sound effects.

Individuals with specific health conditions are strongly advised to consult their healthcare provider before attending.

4. Organizer’s Rights

The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who fails to comply with the terms and conditions.

The organizer reserves the right to amend these policies at any time and will notify attendees through official channels.
