First: Booking & Entry TermsThe paid amount is for entry only and is non-refundable.Bookings cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation.Please adhere to the confirmed reservation time.The reservation will be considered canceled after (30) minutes from the scheduled time, with no refund entitlement.Entry for children under the age of (2) years is free.Harvest seasons vary and may not be available during some visits.⸻Second: General On-Site GuidelinesBringing food and beverages from outside the event venue is strictly prohibited.Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.Please maintain public decorum and respect the privacy of other visitors.All instructions issued by the organizing and guidance team on site must be followed.⸻Third: Safety & Farm PreservationHarvesting crops, tampering with, or damaging plants outside designated picking areas is strictly prohibited.Visitors are responsible for their personal safety while moving around the farm.Please exercise caution while walking in agricultural areas and open pathways.Event management is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.Event management is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to follow the guidelines.⸻Fourth: Photography & ConductPersonal photography is permitted.Commercial or professional photography is prohibited without prior approval from event management.Event management reserves the right to remove any visitor who violates regulations or disrupts public order, without refund.⸻Fifth: Organization & OperationsEvent management reserves the right to modify or suspend any experience, or temporarily close certain areas or oases for operational or organizational reasons.The event is held outdoors, and some experiences may be affected by weather conditions.Changes in weather conditions do not entitle visitors to a refund.
