4. Lost or Stolen Tickets

4.1 The organizer bears no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.

Entry Requirements and Instructions

5. Entry Requirements

5.1 Attendees must comply with age restrictions and any other entry requirements set by the organizer.

5.2 Attendees may be required to present proof of identity or proof of purchase for entry.

5.3 Attendance is permitted for individuals over the age of 12.

5.4 Entry to the theater/hall is permitted only between songs.

6. Prohibited Items and Entry Instructions

The following items may not be brought in or used:

6.1 Sharp objects of all kinds.

6.2 Narcotics, psychotropic substances, and controlled medications without a medical prescription.

6.3 Flammable materials.

6.4 Lighters, cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes of all kinds.

6.5 Perfumes and liquids exceeding 70 ml.

6.6 Glass bottles and metal cans.

6.7 Laser pointers.

6.8 Food and beverages from outside the event.

6.9 Professional photography equipment without a permit.

7. Compliance with Laws and Venue Rules

7.1 Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the concert.

7.2 Outside food and beverages are not permitted, as food trucks are available inside the event.

7.3 The use of professional photography and recording equipment is not permitted at the event venue.

Code of Conduct and Public Decency

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 Attendees must comply with the event rules and general rules of conduct.

8.2 The organizer reserves the right to remove any person engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

8.3 Attendees must observe public decency rules in line with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

8.4 The following are prohibited: smoking; offensive or inappropriate behavior; wearing clothing that violates public decency (clothing must extend below the knee, and attire must follow the model set out in the Public Decency Regulations); assaulting other attendees or staff; cutting queues; entering unauthorized areas; and tampering with event property and equipment.

8.5 Event management has the right to deny entry to, or remove, any person whose condition or behavior appears unsuitable for the event atmosphere or may affect their own safety or the comfort and safety of others.

8.6 Attendees must follow the instructions of the organizers and the security and safety teams. Event management reserves the right to deny entry to or remove violators.

Event Changes and Modifications

9. Concert Changes or Cancellation

9.1 The concert start time or program schedule may change for organizational or technical reasons. Tickets remain valid and non-refundable as long as the event takes place on its announced date and at its announced venue, unless otherwise decided by the organizer or required under applicable regulations.

10. Seating or Venue Changes

10.1 Event management reserves the right to make changes to seating arrangements or the venue layout.

Liability and Force Majeure

11. Liability and Waiver

11.1 Attendees participate at their own risk, and the organizer bears no responsibility for any accidents or injuries.

11.2 By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that they waive any claims against the concert organizers.

11.3 The organizer is not liable for any physical injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including the ticket holder), or for the loss of or damage to belongings, arising from or related to the event.

12. Force Majeure

12.1 The organizer is not liable for unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond its control (force majeure) that may affect the concert.

12.2 In such cases, appropriate action will be taken and attendees will be contacted.
