Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. General Rules

• Free admission for children under 7 years old.

• Children aged 7 years and above must have a valid ticket.

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• Webook.com is the only official platform for ticket sales and resale.

• Tickets sold, transferred, or purchased outside Webook.com may be cancelled without refund, and the related account may be suspended or closed.

• The organizer may take legal action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

• In case of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling due to legal, security, weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond the organizer's control, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date announced by the organizer.

2. Entry & Attendance

• Ticket holders are responsible for checking the event date, time, location, and entry requirements.

• Attendees are advised to arrive early for security checks and entry procedures.

• Late arrivals may be refused entry without refund or compensation.

• Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue unless approved by the organizer.

• All attendees and belongings are subject to security inspection.

• Prohibited, dangerous, or unauthorized items may be confiscated.

3. Prohibited Items & Activities

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by the organizer.

• Weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, laser pointers, glass containers, perfume bottles, flammable materials, and hazardous substances are prohibited.

• Pets and animals are not permitted unless otherwise permitted by law.

• Professional photography, video equipment, drones, and recording devices require prior written approval.

• Smoking and electronic cigarettes are only permitted in designated smoking areas.

• Any behavior that may disrupt the event, endanger attendees, damage property, or negatively affect the event experience is prohibited.

4. Conduct & Liability

• The organizer may deny entry to or remove anyone displaying disruptive, offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

• All attendees must comply with the laws, regulations, customs, and public decency standards of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• The organizer is not liable for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.

• By attending the event, attendees consent to photography, audio, and video recording for promotional, marketing, media, and archival purposes without compensation.

5. Saudi National Day Celebrations

• Attendees are encouraged to celebrate responsibly and respectfully.

• Saudi National Day attire and accessories are welcome, subject to venue regulations.

• Fireworks, flares, smoke-producing devices, and unauthorized celebratory materials are prohibited.

• National flags and related items are permitted subject to security and safety requirements.

• Attendees must follow all safety instructions and announcements from event staff and security personnel.

6. Accessible Tickets

• Accessible tickets are designated for people with disabilities.

• A valid government-issued disability identification card may be required upon entry.

• Companion admission is subject to the organizer's accessibility policy.

• Entry may be refused if required documentation is invalid or does not match the ticket holder.

• Accessible ticket availability is limited and subject to venue capacity.

7. Pricing, Seating & Venue Management

• The organizer reserves the right to amend ticket prices when necessary.

• Seating arrangements, venue layouts, event schedules, or attendee locations may be changed for operational, safety, security, or emergency reasons.

• Admission is valid only for the ticket category and area specified on the ticket.

• The organizer reserves the right to relocate attendees when necessary.

8. Webook Responsibility

Webook.com is not responsible for operational or organizational matters related to the event, including:

• Parking management.

• Crowd management.

• Venue facilities and services.

• Event operations and scheduling.

Such responsibilities rest solely with the event organizer.

9. Acceptance of Terms

• Purchase, possession, or use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary to ensure the safety, security, and successful operation of the event.
