Under no circumstances shall any person, whether holding a ticket or not, be permitted to enter after the designated gate-closing time specified in this paragraph (8:45 PM).

Every attendee must purchase a separate ticket.

The ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location, and the age restriction of the event. Early arrival is a must, and the organizer shall have the right to refuse any late entries, and the ticket holder shall not have the right to claim a refund of the ticket price or any compensation whatsoever.

The ticket purchaser acknowledges that the event organizer has the right to add, modify, or replace any artistic segments, accompanying performances, emerging talents, or guest artists within the event program without the prior consent of the ticket holder. Such changes shall not constitute a material change to the event. Accordingly, the ticket holder shall not be entitled to request a refund or compensation unless the organizer decides otherwise at its sole discretion or as required under applicable laws and regulations.

The event organizer reserves the right to change the start time of the concert or rearrange the event schedule whenever deemed necessary for the benefit of the event or due to organizational, technical, or operational reasons. Such changes shall not be considered a cancellation of the event nor entitle the ticket holder to a refund. Unless the organizer decides otherwise or applicable laws and regulations require otherwise.

In case of leaving the venue, you are not allowed to return.

All tickets holders and their belongings may be subject to search when entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item which the organizer or venue security personnel consider as security risk or that may be used to damage the venue or interfere with the event will be confiscated.

Animals are not allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on premises, including e-cigarettes. The use of lighters and matches is also prohibited inside the site, except in areas designated for smoking.

The organizer accepts no liability for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including ticket holder) and / or loss of or damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the event.

It is strictly forbidden to bring or use prohibited and dangerous materials/items/ substances.

Food and beverages brought from outside are not allowed.

The use of specialized photography and recording equipment (excluding mobile phones) is not allowed on the site.

Most displays will be documented and made available on social media platforms, which means that photos and videos of the attendees may appear, therefore, the organizing company disclaims any responsibility.

Adherence to the rules of public decency in line with the culture, values and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (including wearing appropriate clothing and not harassing any attendee). The organizer has the right to refuse entry to those who do not comply without compensation.

The organizer has the right to expel anyone who commits an act that the organizer considers to be in violation.

Commitment to security and safety terms and conditions.

The organizer is not responsible for any missing items in the site.

Attendees adhere to all instructions of the organizing company.

Adherence to all regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Violations of instructions expose you to legal accountability.
