The world’s finest thoroughbreds and jockeys return to King Abdulaziz Racecourse in Riyadh on 5 and 6 February 2027 for Saudi Cup 2027, one of the most prestigious events in international horse racing, featuring a programme of world-class races with prize money exceeding US$38 million.

A celebration of the very best of Saudi sport, entertainment, hospitality, and culture, the weekend is headlined by the Saudi Cup on Saturday, 6 February — the world’s richest horse race with a purse of US$20 million.

Renowned for its elegance, prestige, and vibrant atmosphere, Saudi Cup is Riyadh’s premier social occasion and a highlight of the global racing calendar, attracting visitors and racing enthusiasts from around the world.

Discounted tickets are available for children under 12, and a range of premium hospitality experiences are offered throughout the weekend. Gates open daily at 2:00 PM and the venue closes at 10:30 PM.
