TANJAZZ 2026
For three days, Tanjazz brings Tangier to life to the rhythm of jazz. In a city open to the world, the festival welcomes internationally renowned artists and celebrates every shade of jazz, from swing and blues to flamenco and world music, all in an elegant, festive, and warm atmosphere.
Two ticketed days will take place at the Palais des Institutions Italiennes on September 18 and 19. Throughout all three days, free performances will take over venues across the city of the Strait.
Among the artists on the lineup: Dee Dee Bridgewater, Diego El Cigala, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Buena Vista All Stars, Ladyva, The Haggis Horns, Gisele Jackson & The Brooklyn Souls, Les Frères Smith, along with many other artists to discover throughout the festival.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE OF THE WEBOOK.COM TICKETING SERVICE
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions,” define the terms governing the use of the Webook.com online ticketing platform, hereinafter referred to as the “Platform,” which allows users to purchase tickets for events organised by third parties.
In this context, the Platform notably enables the purchase of tickets for “Tanjazz,” the Tangier jazz festival organised by SevenPM from 18 to 20 September 2026, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser.”
Webook.com acts exclusively as a technical intermediary between the User and the Organiser.
ARTICLE 2 – DEFINITIONS
User: Any person accessing the Platform for the purpose of purchasing or using a ticket.
Organiser: Any entity offering an event through the Platform, including SevenPM for Tanjazz.
Ticket: An electronic admission ticket containing a unique QR code.
Platform: The Webook.com website and mobile application.
ARTICLE 3 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The purchase of a ticket constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS
All orders are firm and final.
Each purchase results in the issuance of an electronic ticket accessible exclusively through the Webook.com application.
The confirmation email serves solely as proof of purchase and does not grant access to the event.
No duplicate ticket may be issued.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are stated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), inclusive of all taxes.
Payment is made through secure payment systems, including national and international bank cards.
ARTICLE 6 – ACCESS TO TICKETS
The ticket must be presented through the Webook.com application during the admission check.
The User must ensure that their mobile phone is operational and has an internet connection.
Only the first presentation of a valid ticket will grant access to the event.
Any reproduction, fraud or attempted duplication is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 7 – CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND REFUNDS
Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded unless expressly decided otherwise by the Organiser.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund conditions shall be determined exclusively by the Organiser.
Where a refund is granted, only the ticket price shall be refunded, excluding transaction fees.
No refund may be claimed in the event of force majeure, unless otherwise decided by the Organiser.
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
Webook.com acts solely as a technical intermediary.
Accordingly, Webook.com shall not be held liable for:
the organisation, conduct or cancellation of the event;
the access, security or inspection procedures at the event venue;
any decisions made by the Organiser.
Any complaint relating to the event must be addressed directly to the Organiser.
ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing customer relations.
Such data may be shared with the Organiser for purposes related to the event.
The User agrees to be contacted in the event of any change, postponement or cancellation.
ARTICLE 10 – CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Access to the event is subject to the presentation of a valid Ticket.
Access is strictly prohibited to minors for all concerts taking place at the Palais des Institutions Italiennes. The Organiser reserves the right to request the presentation of a valid identity document proving that the participant is of legal age and to refuse admission to any minor, without entitlement to a refund.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission in the event of non-compliance with safety rules or the venue’s internal regulations.
Participants may be subject to security checks.
Dangerous objects, illegal substances and any items prohibited under applicable laws and regulations are strictly forbidden.
ARTICLE 11 – FORCE MAJEURE
The Organiser shall not be held liable for the cancellation, postponement or modification of the event resulting from a force majeure event.
ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
ARTICLE 13 – IMAGE RIGHTS
The participant authorises the Organiser to capture and use their image for purposes relating to the promotion and communication of the event.
This authorisation excludes any separate commercial use without the participant’s specific consent.
ARTICLE 14 – AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Webook.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The applicable Terms and Conditions shall be those in force at the time of purchase.
ARTICLE 15 – SEVERABILITY
Should one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain applicable and in full force and effect.
