Trust & Safety

See something off?
Send it to us.

Suspicious sellers, fake websites, inflated resale, sketchy listings. The faster you report it, the faster we can act. You do not have to have bought anything to report something.

What to report

If it feels like black market, it probably is.

01

Suspicious websites

Pretending to be webook.com or an event organizer, including lookalike domains.

02

Social media sellers

Offering tickets through Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, or Facebook.

03

WhatsApp, Telegram, or DM sellers

With "guaranteed" tickets, presale access, or VIP upgrades.

04

Inflated resale

On third-party platforms that are not authorized to sell the event.

05

Anyone asking for payment outside webook.com

Including bank transfer, crypto, or gift cards.

06

Fake screenshots or "transfer later" promises

In place of a real ticket.

07

Phishing messages

Asking for OTPs, ID photos, or webook.com login details.

08

Anything you saw

Even if you did not buy anything. Pattern data helps us act on the next attempt.

Reports are reviewed by the Trust & Safety team.

After you submit

What happens next.

01

Review

Every report reaches the Trust & Safety team. We log it, classify it, and route it to the right workflow.

02

Investigate

We cross-check the details against monitoring data, prior reports, and known patterns of black market activity.

03

Act

Outcomes can include takedown requests, account action, partner escalation, or warnings to other fans.

04

Follow up

If we need more information, we will reach out. For privacy and operational reasons, we do not publish case-by-case results.

Setting expectations

What we will not do.

xPromise refunds. Recovery depends on your bank, payment provider, and the facts of the case.

xGuarantee every report leads to removal. Some reports add to a pattern that triggers action later.

xShare case details publicly. Doing so would help bad actors avoid our detection methods.

!

If you already paid

Act in the next hour, not the next day.

If you already paid a suspicious seller, time matters. Most payment providers can stop or reverse a transaction faster than they can recover one.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider and tell them you may have been scammed.
  • Stop all communication with the seller. Do not share any additional information.
  • Keep every message, receipt, and screenshot for the dispute.
  • Submit a report here so we can act on the seller and the pattern.

Privacy

Your data is handled by the Trust & Safety team.

Personal information is optional. If you provide it, we use it only to review the case and follow up if needed. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Consent

By submitting, you agree to investigation use.

Submitting a report means you agree that webook.com may use the information to review, investigate, and act against suspected black market activity.

Questions

Common reporting questions.

No. Personal information is optional. Adding it helps us follow up if we need more context, but anonymous reports are still useful.
