Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 4. No-Show: Failure to arrive at the assembly point by the specified time will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided. 5. Weather Conditions: Programs are subject to weather conditions. In case of unfavorable weather, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded at the company’s discretion. 6. Safety: All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by the crew. The company is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur due to non-compliance with safety guidelines. 7. Personal Belongings: The company is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the tour. 8. Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the crew and other guests. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund. 9. Liability: The company’s liability for any damages or losses incurred during the tour is limited to the cost of the tour ticket. 10.
