Terms and conditions: 1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with full payment. 2. Eligibility: All participants must be legally authorized to travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and must not be subject to any travel restrictions or bans, nor be listed on any government wanted or watch lists. 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 4. No-Show: Failure to arrive at the assembly point by the specified time will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided. 5. Weather Conditions: Programs are subject to weather conditions. In case of unfavorable weather, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded at the company’s discretion. 6. Safety: All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by the crew. The company is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur due to non-compliance with safety guidelines. 7. Personal Belongings: The company is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the tour. 8. Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the crew and other guests. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund. 9. Liability: The company’s liability for any damages or losses incurred during the tour is limited to the cost of the tour ticket. 10. Changes to Itinerary: The company reserves the right to make changes to the program itinerary or schedule as necessary. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
