• Ticketing Policy: All tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable to alternative dates.

• Age & Admission Requirements: Complimentary entry is granted to children aged 3 and under. Discounted rates are available for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Saudi Seniors (aged 60 and above).

• Re-entry Policy: Same-day re-entry is permitted, provided that guests obtain an "invisible ink" hand stamp from the Guest Operations office prior to exiting the park gates.

• Safety Compliance: Guests must strictly adhere to all height restrictions and health requirements specified for each individual ride and attraction.

• Limitation of Liability: The park management assumes no responsibility for the loss of personal property or for any damages resulting from the misuse of park facilities.

• Prohibited Items:

A) General Park Entry To ensure safety, security inspections are conducted at the entrance. The following are generally not allowed:

1. Outside Food and Beverages: Most outside food and drinks are prohibited (except for specific dietary needs or baby food).

2. Glass Containers: Any glass items are restricted for safety reasons.

3. Large Bags/Suitcases: Large luggage or oversized bags may not be permitted inside the park (lockers are available for storage).

4. Professional Recording Equipment: Large-scale professional cameras or recording gear may require prior authorization.

5. Sharp Objects & Weapons: Any items that could be used as a weapon are strictly prohibited.

B) Prohibited Items on Rides (Safety Restrictions) For your safety and the safety of others, "loose items" are prohibited on most rides:

1. Accessories: Dangly earrings, loose jewelry, and unsecured accessories.

2. Clothing with Hazards: Garments with sharp buckles, rivets, or metal studs.

3. Loose Footwear: Shoes that slip off easily (like flip-flops) are prohibited on "gravity-defying" rides. secure, lace-up sports shoes are recommended.

4. Personal Electronics: Phones and cameras must be secured in lockers or left with a non-rider.

C) Dress Code & Local Customs While not "items," the following dress code restrictions apply:

1. Modesty: Visitors are requested to dress modestly in respect of local customs (covering shoulders and knees).

2. Ride Safety: Overly loose or flowing garments (like long scarves or unsecured traditional dress) may prevent access to certain rides where they could get caught in machinery.

3. Family-Friendly: Clothing should be appropriate for a family environment.

D) Prohibited Conduct

1. Smoking: Restricted to designated areas only.

2. Unsupervised Children: Children must be supervised, and small children must wear swimming diapers in water-based attractions.
