In purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions provided by the organizer before or during the event:

1. Every attendee must book a separate ticket (adult/child).

2. The ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location, and the age restriction of the event. Early arrival is a must, and the organizer shall have the right to refuse any late entries and the ticket holder shall not have the right to any compensation whatsoever.

3. Disability is allowed to enter for free by presenting the official card.

4. Elderly with 60 years old and above, are allowed to enter freely, but you have to present Riyadh Season card from Tawakkalna application.

5. All tickets holders and their belongings may be subject to search when entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item which the organizer or venue security personnel consider as security risk or that may be used to damage the venue or interfere with the event will be confiscated.

6. Food and beverages are not allowed from outside the Zone.

7. Animals are not allowed.

8. Mats are not allowed inside and around the Zone.

9. Smoking is not allowed.

10. Do not leave items in and around the park.

11. Do not leave the waste inside and around the Zone.

12. No professional cameras and video recorders are permitted at the venue.

13. The ticket holder consents photographs, video, audio recordings of ticket holder be captured and used in printed and electronic media, including the internet as an attendee at the venue.

14. The organizer accepts no liability for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including ticket holder) and / or loss of or damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the event.

15. In case of reselling the ticket outside webook platform, the tickets will be cancelled without any refund.

16. The organizer has the right to remove whoever commits an act that, in the opinion of the organizer, is a contrary behavior.

17. In case of a complaint, must be submitted to "Tarfeeh Portal" by visiting (cx.gea.gov.sa), within maximum 3 days of the occurring date.
