TYN Festival

Ticket use and entry policy
1. All visitors to the Precinct must comply with the rules and follow the Operator’s instructions.
2. Government-issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.
3. Food and drink are not permitted to be brought into the Precinct (other than in certain circumstances, including for medical purposes, medically indicated nutritional supplements and baby food/baby formula)
4. Tickets can be purchased through the Operator’s website or on the website of an authorized third party only. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorized third party are invalid, and the Operator accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
5. All tickets permit one time entry to the Precinct and are valid for the selected date only.
6. Admission and use of the Precinct are at the visitor’s sole risk, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Precinct.
7. All tickets holders and their belongings may be subject to search when entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated.
8. The Operator reserves the right to deny admission or remove visitors from the Precinct for any reason.
9. All tickets are non-changeable, non-exchangeable, or non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of event cancellation.
10. In the event that the venue or event is closed by the Organizer, refunds will be issued to the e-wallet, and the balance must be utilized within the duration of the Season only.
11. Visitors must be dressed appropriately for public places, in a manner consistent with the culture and values of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with the Public Decency Regulations issued by Cabinet Decision No. 444 dated 04/08/1440H.
12. Visitors are required to preserve public property and avoid causing any damage to the site, including but not limited to historical assets and heritage palm trees. The Diriyah Gate Development Authority reserves its legal right to take any necessary actions to protect its rights in the event of any violation
13. The following items and/or behaviors are not permitted within the Precinct:
• Abusive or unruly behavior, whether verbal or physical.
• Weapons of any kind or potentially dangerous items, including illicit drugs and substances.
• Clothing with offensive language or content.
• Special clothing for an emergency services employee unless the individual is on a special mission.
• Smoking in non-designated areas.
• Pets (except for service animals in special cases as determined by us).
• Coolers, suitcases, and bags with wheels.
• The use of two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicles, including segways, e-scooters, or bicycles.
• The use of recreational devices such as remote-control drones, toys, scooters, inline skates, skateboards, or shoes with built-in wheels.
• The sale of goods or services unless the seller or service provider possesses a valid license and permit.
• Photography, video recording, or any type of filming for commercial purposes without prior written approval from Diriyah Season.
