1. Customers are entitled to cancel their booking and receive a full refund, provided that the cancellation request is submitted at least three days (72 hours) before the scheduled workshop start time. 2. Bookings cancelled less than three days before the workshop are non-refundable. 3. No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the workshop at the scheduled time. 4. If Mawasem cancels a workshop, customers are entitled to a full refund or may choose an alternative date. 5. Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time. 6. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through the booking platform or Mawasem's official customer service channels.
