Social | JYC Tuesday Night Keelboat Racing

Overview:

1. A friendly, low-pressure sailing session for all levels to help sailors experience racing, practice race starts and short courses applying racing rules in a supportive social environment. Recommended intermediate level sailing abilty, however beginners are welcome to gain experience.

2. Who it’s for: Adults and capable older youth sailors with enough confidence to sail independently and follow instructor/race briefing guidance.

3. Format: Single bookable evening session or recurring weekly series. Please provide your ID/Iqama number or Passport and Border Number to JYC Academy at the time of booking. This is required for the Zawil permit needed for the Keelboat.

4. What to expect: The focus is on enjoyment, confidence and practical race experience rather than highly technical competition.
