By purchasing this ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to all the terms, conditions, and restrictions set out below, as well as any additional organizational or security instructions issued by the Organizer before or during the event.

• 1. Tickets and Admission

1. Age Requirement: Admission is restricted to individuals aged 12 years and above.

2. Individual Tickets: A separate valid ticket must be purchased for each attendee. Admission without a valid ticket is not permitted.

3. Event Schedule: Doors open at 7:00 PM, and the show begins at 9:30 PM.

4. Punctuality: Ticket holders are responsible for verifying the event date, time, venue, and applicable age restrictions. Attendees are strongly encouraged to arrive early.

5. No Re-entry: Once an attendee leaves the event venue, re-entry will not be permitted.

6. Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable, except as provided under these Terms and Conditions or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

7. Cancellation, Postponement, or Rescheduling: If the Organizer cancels, postpones, or changes the event date, the ticket price will be refunded in accordance with the procedures and arrangements determined by the Organizer.

8. Resale Prohibition: Reselling or commercially trading tickets without the Organizer’s prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

• 2. Security, Safety, and Personal Belongings

9. Security Checks: The Organizer and authorized security personnel reserve the right to search ticket holders and their personal belongings upon entry, in accordance with applicable laws and security procedures.

10. Prohibited and Hazardous Items: Bringing prohibited or hazardous items into the venue is strictly forbidden. The Organizer or authorized security personnel may confiscate any item deemed potentially dangerous or capable of causing harm to individuals or property, or disrupting the event, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

11. Outside Food and Beverages: Bringing food or beverages from outside the venue is not permitted. Food and beverage outlets will be available inside the event venue.

12. Animals: Animals are not permitted inside the event venue, except where required or permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

13. Photography and Recording Equipment: Professional photography or recording equipment may not be used inside the event venue without the Organizer’s prior authorization.

14. Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the building and in all designated non-smoking areas. The use of lighters and matches is also prohibited inside the venue. The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

15. Conduct and Discipline: The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual whose conduct violates these Terms and Conditions, event instructions, security requirements, or applicable laws and regulations, without prejudice to any other action permitted by law.

• 3. Photography, Recording, and Media Content

16. Consent to Photography and Recording: By entering the event venue, ticket holders acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed, filmed, or audio-recorded during the event. Such material may be used or published for event documentation, media coverage, and promotional purposes, including in printed materials, electronic media, and online platforms, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

• 4. Liability

17. Injuries, Illness, and Personal Belongings: The Organizer shall not be held liable for personal injuries, illness, death, or the loss of or damage to personal belongings, except to the extent of any liability imposed under applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this provision shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

• 5. Public Decency and Dress Code

18. Compliance with Local Laws and Cultural Values: All attendees must comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, observe public decency, and respect the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom, including the applicable Public Decency Regulations.

19. Modest Dress Code: All attendees must wear appropriate and modest clothing in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and event requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The following guidelines apply:

- Clothing must not be transparent, skin-toned in a manner that reveals the body, or excessively tight so as to expose body details in an inappropriate manner.

- Clothing bearing words, images, or designs that are offensive, indecent, or contrary to public decency is prohibited. Displaying tattoos that violate public decency standards is also prohibited.

- Clothing containing content that promotes racial discrimination, incites hatred or division, encourages the use of prohibited substances, or depicts pornographic material is prohibited.

- Underwear, sleepwear, and similar clothing are not permitted.

- Clothing must not be excessively tight around sensitive areas. If tight-fitting clothing is required for a performance, appropriate additional fabric must be used to cover sensitive areas at both the front and back to maintain modesty.

- For women, clothing must extend below the knees, and sleeves must cover the chest, back, and shoulders, in accordance with the dress code requirements applicable to the event and relevant regulations.

These requirements shall be applied in accordance with the Public Decency Regulations and the relevant official decisions and instructions issued by the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Entry, Security, and Safety Regulations

1. Prohibition of Outside Food and Beverages: Bringing food or beverages into the auditorium is strictly prohibited.

2. Violation of Rules and Instructions: The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the auditorium if they violate the event rules or regulations, or fail to comply with instructions issued by the Organizer or security personnel, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Prohibition of Liquids: Bringing liquids of any kind into the auditorium is strictly prohibited, including perfumes and any other liquid substances, unless prior authorization is granted by the Organizer or otherwise permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

4. Medications and Pills: Bringing any pills or medications without a valid medical prescription is prohibited where such a prescription is legally required. Prescribed medications may be permitted following verification, in accordance with the applicable security procedures.

Acknowledgment: Purchasing and using a ticket to enter the event venue constitutes acknowledgment that the ticket holder has read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, subject to all rights and obligations established under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
