General Terms and Conditions for the Acquisition and Use of Tickets (GTC-Tickets) – ASFAR

Any holder of a Ticket for a match organized by ASFAR (Association Sportive des Forces Armées Royales) at the Olympic Stadium of Rabat (the “Stadium”) is deemed to have read these General Terms and Conditions (GTC-Tickets) and agrees to comply with them:

1. Use of a Ticket and admission to the Stadium are subject to these GTC-Tickets and any regulation or decision issued by competent authorities (the “Authorities”), including ASFAR, the police authorities, and the Stadium owner.

2. The GTC-Tickets are available only on ASFAR’s official website in French and Arabic. In case of discrepancies, the French version prevails under Applicable Law.

3. The Ticket constitutes a revocable authorization and may not be used for promotional or commercial purposes without prior written consent from ASFAR. Authorities may cancel or refuse admission and expel the holder without refund if violated.

4. Ticket holders assume responsibility and waive claims against Authorities for any damage or loss related to the Match, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the Authorities.

5. Except for private use, Ticket holders may not record, transmit, or distribute any images, sounds, texts, or results of the Match.

6. Ticket holders irrevocably consent to the free, unlimited, worldwide use of their personal data, voice, and image by ASFAR and/or its delegates on any current or future medium.

7. All Ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued under legal provisions. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

8. For security, Ticket holders must comply with Authorities’ directives, including identity checks and searches. Bringing illicit substances, food, beverages, weapons, explosives, or dangerous objects is prohibited. Political, religious, ideological, or advertising banners are also prohibited.

9. The Stadium may be equipped with video surveillance controlled by Authorities, with images usable for judicial purposes.

10. Authorities may change the date, time, or venue for unforeseen circumstances. Ticket holders will receive a ticket of the same category if possible. In case of cancellation, refunds of the nominal price (excluding fees) will be issued.

11. Ticket holders must behave decently and wear appropriate attire.

12. Access to the Stadium requires a valid Ticket, including for children of all ages.

13. Assigned seating

    : Ticket holders must occupy the assigned seat. Security personnel may enforce compliance, including expulsion, without compensation.

14. Ticket holders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult Ticket holder.

15. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, other provisions remain valid.

16. GTC-Tickets are governed exclusively by Moroccan law.

17. Disputes must first be resolved amicably with ASFAR before proceeding to the courts of Rabat (Morocco).
