Scope of Policy

This policy (the "Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions governing access to the Six Flags Qiddiya City ("SFQC") and Aquarabia Water Theme Park Qiddiya City ("AQC") (collectively referred to as the "Parks") as well as participation in, or use of, any services, facilities, attractions, rides, events, activities, and other amenities made available within the Parks (the "Activities").

By entering the Parks, purchasing Tickets, or participating in any Activity, all Guests agree to be subject to, bound by and comply with this Policy. This Policy applies to all Guests accessing the Parks, including groups, schools, tour operators and other organizations, regardless of the purpose of their visit. The Operator of the Parks reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, without prior notice, and such changes shall become effective immediately upon publication.

Definitions:

● Annual Pass: a time-limited Ticket issued by the Operator that grants the named holder general access to the Parks for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of purchase or issuance, subject at all times to (i) the Park’s operational calendar as determined and amended by the Operator at its sole discretion; (ii) any applicable blackout dates; (iii) any capacity limitations; and (iv) the terms and conditions set out in this Policy. The Annual Pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the individual named on the pass. Access to certain Activities may be excluded, unless expressly stated otherwise.

● AQC: Aquarabia Water Theme Park Qiddiya City.

● Children: individuals who are younger than fifteen (15) Hijri years of age.

● Guests: any individuals entering the Parks, including, without limitation, Minors, Children, Ticket holders, authorized persons, and individuals granted complimentary access to enter the Parks.

● Minors: Individuals who are at least fifteen (15) Hijri years of age but have not yet reached eighteen (18) Hijri years of age.

● Operator: Qiddiya Park Operations LLC or such other entity or group of entities as Qiddiya Investment Company may designate from time to time.

● Parks: Refers collectively to SFQC and AQC.

● Policy: This policy, which sets out the terms and conditions governing Guests' access to the Parks, and their participation in, or use of, any Activities made available therein.

● SFQC: Six Flags Qiddiya City.

● Ticket: A valid entry pass for SFQC or AQC.
