Black Gold Museum

- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in case of cancellation or changes.

- The ticket is valid only for the person who issued it.

- Identification must be presented at the main gate.

- The name on the ticket must match the ID.

- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult .

- Misbehavior will result in expulsion without the right to a refund.

- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum halls.

- An electromagnet is present inside the museum and may interfere with pacemakers.

- Visitors must adhere to the code of conduct maintaining public decency applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while attending all events, and the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with this code.

- The ticket holder, by attending the event, agrees on photographs, videos, and recorded audio that may be published online.

- The museum shall not be held responsible for physical injuries, illnesses, death, loss, or damage to possessions of any visitor (including the ticket holder) due to reasons related to or resulting from the event.
