By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated below, in addition to any other rules, instructions, or restrictions issued by the event organizer before or during the event:

1. Free Admission:

   • Children under the age of 5 years are admitted free of charge.

   • Senior citizens aged 60 years and above are granted free entry upon presenting a valid Privilege Digital Card (Awlawia App).

   • Persons with disabilities are granted free entry upon presenting an official and valid disability card.

2. Ticket Policy:

   • All ticket prices are non-refundable.

   • Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on any platform other than webook.com.

   • In the event of cancellation, postponement, or date change by the organizer, the ticket price will be fully refunded.

3. Ticket Holder Responsibility:

   • The ticket holder is solely responsible for verifying the event date, time, location, and age restrictions.

   • Early arrival is mandatory. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to late arrivals without any obligation to refund or compensate.

   • Re-entry is not permitted once the ticket holder exits the venue.

4. Security & Inspection:

   • All ticket holders and their belongings are subject to security checks and inspection upon entry.

   • Prohibited, dangerous, or restricted items, or any items deemed a security risk or disruptive to the event, will be confiscated.

5. Prohibited Items & Activities:

   • Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and beverage services will be available on-site.

   • No animals are allowed on the premises.

   • Professional cameras and video recording equipment are strictly prohibited.

   • Smoking is strictly prohibited, including e-cigarettes. Lighters and matches are also prohibited inside the venue, except in designated smoking areas.

6. Photography & Media Consent:

   • By attending the event, the ticket holder grants consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and for such media to be used in print and digital media, including online platforms, for promotional or documentation purposes.

7. Liability Disclaimer:

   • The organizer shall not be held liable for any bodily injury, illness, death, or loss or damage to personal belongings arising from or in connection with attending the event.

8. Behavior & Conduct:

   • The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of the event rules, without any right to refund or compensation.

9. Public Decency & Cultural Compliance:

   • All attendees must comply with public decency regulations in accordance with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10. Complaints:

    • Any complaints must be submitted to Global City Management via www.globalcitydammam.comwithin a maximum of 3 days from the date of the incident.

    • Thursday & Friday: Gate Open: 4:00 PM | Gate Close: 1:00 AM

    • Saturday to Wednesday: Gate Open: 4:00 PM | Gate Close: 12:00 AM
