IRT SEASON 26/27

Any holder of a ticket (hereinafter the “Ticket”) to attend a match organized by ITTIHAD RIADI DE TANGER Football (the “Match”) in a stadium (the “Stadium”) is deemed to have read and accepted all General Terms and Conditions of Acquisition and Use of Tickets (GTC).

If the Ticket holder is a minor, their legal representative is deemed to have read and accepted them.

The Ticket holder agrees to comply with the following conditions:

1. Any use of a Ticket and any admission to the Stadium are subject to these GTC and to any regulation or decision issued by the competent authorities (the “Authorities”), including IRT, police authorities, and the Stadium owner.

2. The GTC are available at ticket sales and collection points and on the official IRT website in French. They are also available in Arabic. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the French version shall prevail in accordance with applicable law.

3. The Ticket constitutes a revocable license. It may not be used for promotional or commercial purposes by the purchaser and/or their companions without prior written consent from IRT. In case of violation, and without prejudice to any legal action, the Authorities reserve the right to cancel the Ticket, require its return, refuse admission, or expel any concerned person without refund.

4. IRT shall not be held liable, particularly vis-à-vis the Authorities, for any injury, loss, or damage suffered in connection with the Match, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Authorities.

5. Except for strictly private use, the Ticket holder is prohibited from recording, transmitting, or distributing by any means any image, sound, text, or description of the Match result.

6. The Ticket holder irrevocably consents to the recording and free use, without limitation of time or territory, by IRT and/or its delegates, of their personal data, voice, and image, particularly in connection with the acquisition of the Ticket and/or during the Match, on any existing or future media, including photographic or video formats, live or recorded.

7. All Ticket sales are final. No refund shall be made except as provided by applicable law. The Ticket cannot be replaced in case of loss, destruction, or theft.

8. For security reasons, the Ticket holder must comply with the Authorities’ instructions, particularly regarding identity checks and/or searches. It is strictly prohibited to bring into the Stadium any illicit substance, beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), food, weapon, explosive, flammable or volatile substance, bottle, container, sharp or blunt object, projectile, or any item posing a danger to others. Political, ideological, religious, or advertising signs or banners are also prohibited.

9. Spectators are informed that the Stadium may be equipped with a video surveillance system under the control of the Authorities, and the recordings may be used for judicial purposes.

10. The Authorities reserve the right to modify at any time the date, time, and/or location of the Match in case of unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure or security reasons. Where possible, a ticket of the same category will be offered. In case of cancellation of the Match, the Ticket holder will be refunded the face value of the Ticket, excluding service fees. Any forged, altered, or reported stolen Ticket is void.

11. Each Ticket holder must sit exclusively in the seat assigned to them as indicated on the Ticket. In case of non-compliance, security personnel are authorized to take any necessary measures to ensure the proper conduct of the Match, including expulsion from the Stadium without compensation or refund.

12. The Ticket holder must behave respectfully and wear appropriate attire.

13. Any Ticket holder under 18 years old may access the Stadium only if accompanied by an adult who is also a Ticket holder.

14. If any provision of these GTC is declared null or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, the remaining provisions shall remain fully applicable.

15. These GTC are governed exclusively by Moroccan law.

16. Any dispute relating to the use of the Ticket must, prior to any legal action, be subject to an amicable settlement request addressed to IRT. Failing that, the competent courts shall be exclusively those of Casablanca (Kingdom of Morocco).
