A.General Guidelines

1. The workshop ticket includes entry to the Biosphere at FoodSphere.

2. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the event of cancellation or changes.

3. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources are considered invalid, and the holder has no right to any claims against Riyadh Oases.

4. Children are not permitted to attend any workshop unless the workshop is explicitly designated as a children’s workshop. FoodSphere reserves the right to deny entry to any participant who does not meet the age requirements stated for the program.

5. Unauthorized selling or vending of tickets is strictly prohibited.

6. Dangerous items, weapons and prohibited substances are not allowed.

7. Abusive behavior will result in ejection without refund.

8. Smoking in any form, including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes, is prohibited.

9. Photography and video recording are permitted for personal use only.

10. By visiting the center and its facilities, visitors consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These materials may be used by the center organizers for social media and other promotional purposes, including publication on the internet.

11. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to event schedules.

12. The organizer, venue, and associated parties are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property arising from attendance at the event.

13. Visitors must follow the guidance of security personnel and event staff, to ensure safe entry and exit.

14. Visitors must follow all instructions and signage within the premises.

15. Visitors are responsible for any damage or destruction to all facilities and are liable for legal action if they take anything without permission.

16. Visitors must adhere to the Saudi Public Decency Regulations while attending all events. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with these regulations.

17. Standing or waiting in aisles or designated traffic areas is prohibited.

18. All materials used, such as logos, images, and texts, are protected by copyright and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

19. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject any visitor who does not comply with the general terms and conditions of the event. In such cases, the visitor is not entitled to a refund for the ticket.

20. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to visitors and users via the official website.

• B. Animal Welfare Disclaimer

  1. General Care for Butterflies: Visitors are requested to not touch, disturb, or interfere with the butterflies or any plants and structures within the garden to ensure their safety and well-being.

  2. Supervised Entry: Children must be supervised at all times to ensure proper care and respect for the butterflies.

  3. Restricted Items: Visitors must not bring external food, beverages, pets, or items that could harm the butterflies or their environment.

• C. Liability

  1. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who do not comply with the rules to ensure the safety of the butterflies.

• D. Strobe Lighting Sensitivity Disclaimer

  1. Warning of Strobe Lights: The venue uses strobe lights that may trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other light sensitivities. Visitors are encouraged to assess their personal risk before entering.

  2. Visitor Responsibility: By entering the space, visitors acknowledge they have been informed about the presence of strobe lights and understand the potential risks. Visitors who are sensitive to such lighting effects are advised not to enter the strobe light areas.

• E. Health and Safety Waiver

  1. Visitors entering the space assume full responsibility for their own health and safety. The venue will not be held liable for any health-related issues (e.g., seizures, discomfort) that may arise due to strobe lighting. Individuals with known conditions (e.g., epilepsy, light sensitivity, or allergies) are strongly encouraged to consult their healthcare providers before visiting.

• F. Outdoor Spaces

  1. To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all visitors, please adhere to the following regulations:

  3. Pets are not allowed within park premises.

  4. Cycling, riding scooters, skating, and skateboarding are not permitted.

  5. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  6. Picnics are not allowed on the premises.

  7. Fires or open flames are strictly prohibited.

  8. Unauthorized selling of merchandise is not permitted.

  9. Prohibited Items: All licensed and unlicensed weapons, knives, and explosives are prohibited. Additionally, forbidden beverages and flammable liquids are not allowed.
