• Saturday: 1:15 PM – 12:00 AM (Lunch from 1:15 PM at Opa Kefi & Anne Oja only)

1. Definitions

   • Organizers: The Groves for Entertainment.

   • Guests: Ticket holders of The Groves.

   • Tickets: General access, reservations, or any pass granting entry to The Groves.

   • Venue: The Groves Zone.

   • Event: All services, restaurants, and events organized by The Groves.

   General Ticket Terms

   • Compliance: All guests must follow all terms, codes, and conditions upon purchasing or using a ticket.

   • Refunds & Resale: All reservations and minimum charges are non-refundable and non-resellable. Tickets cannot be transferred to another restaurant.

   • Organizers' Cancellations: If The Groves cancels, postpones, or reschedules an event/booking, guests may reschedule to an offered date or receive a full refund to the original payment card.

   • General Access Limitations: General Access is purely an entry ticket; it cannot be deducted from purchases inside The Groves village shops or Al Jalsa.

   • Entry Passes: Each guest receives an individual pass that admits one person once; passes can only be shared with guests listed under the same booking.

   • Re-Entry: No re-entry is permitted once exiting the venue unless a new ticket is purchased.

   • Outside Items & Searches: Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. Security may search guests and belongings at entry; dangerous or prohibited items will be confiscated.

   • Pets: Pets are not allowed inside The Groves (except at Luca Park via its designated gate).

   • Age Restrictions: Children under 6 are not permitted inside The Groves. Children under 12 are not permitted in restaurants unless explicitly stated otherwise.

   • Liability: The organizer is not liable for forgotten, lost, or damaged personal belongings.

   • Right of Refusal: Entry may be denied if ticket validity is questionable. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

   Code of Conduct & Dress Code

   • Dress Code: Smart Casual or Casual Elegant. Guests must strictly adhere to Saudi Arabian Public Decency Regulations. Immodest clothing or apparel bearing offensive expressions/imagery is forbidden. Shorts are not permitted.

   • Media & Filming: Professional cameras and video recorders are forbidden. Guests consent to being recorded/photographed for The Groves' promotional and social media use.

   • Smoking: Prohibited outside of designated smoking areas.

   • Safety & Legal Compliance: Organizers are not liable for personal illness, bodily injury, or death. The organizer reserves the right to immediately remove anyone violating venue rules, public decency, or Saudi laws.

   Restaurant Reservations

   • Booking Policy: Bookings are final and cannot be transferred to another restaurant. Date/time modifications are solely at The Groves' discretion.

   • Included Entry: A paid restaurant reservation includes complimentary same-day General Access.

   • Seating Duration: Seating is strictly limited to the duration stated on your booking confirmation (standard is 2 hours). Late arrivals do not receive time extensions.

   • Holding Policy: Tables are held for 20 minutes from the reservation start time. Guests arriving after 20 minutes forfeit guaranteed seating without refund. Entry is completely refused 60 minutes after reservation time.

   • Minimum Spend & Shisha: Minimum spend credit applies only once guests are seated. Guests must be at least 18 years old to order shisha.

   Booking & Payment

   • Payment Methods: Bank cards only (mada, Visa, Mastercard). Cash is not accepted anywhere on the premises.

   • Account Verification: Online reservations require account registration verified by SMS.

   • Hold Times: Seats are held temporarily during checkout; unpaid reservations expire automatically and are refunded if captured late.

   • Group Limits: Online booking accommodates up to 12 guests; larger parties require a private venue request.

   • Invoicing: A simplified tax invoice is emailed with every confirmed booking and accessible via the guest account.
