1. Admission & Tickets Entry is valid only with a valid Horror Con ticket or wristband. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced. 2. Age Restrictions Minimum age for entry: 12 years old (unless otherwise specified). Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 3. Health Advisory This experience may not be suitable if you suffer from: asthma, heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, panic disorders, or pregnancy. By entering, you acknowledge that the experience may include expected and unexpected surprises. 4. Safety & Etiquette Running, pushing, or physical contact with staff or performers is strictly prohibited. Do not touch or film performers or other guests. Always follow staff instructions. 5. Prohibited Activities & Items Drinking, smoking, and eating are strictly prohibited inside the experience. Weapons, sharp objects, drugs, alcohol, or outside food and drinks are not allowed. 6. Personal Belongings The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. 7. Emergency Procedures In case of emergency, follow the staff’s instructions and exit calmly. Avoid running or crowding at exits. 8. Media Consent By entering, you consent to photography, video recording, and interviews that may be used for promotional purposes. All captured content is owned by the event management. 9. Code of Conduct Respect staff, performers, and other guests. Aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund. 10. Organizers’ Rights Organizers may deny entry or remove guests who violate rules. Attractions, schedules, or content may change without prior notice.
