JYC Youth Dinghy Stage 4 Sailing Course, Jeddah

JYC Youth Dinghy Stage 4 is a structured sailing programme that builds confidence through coached on-water sessions and clear progress tracking. It is designed for children who are ready for more advanced sailing tasks, teamwork and progression beyond the early stages, with a focus on helm and crew roles, communication, double-handed sailing, problem solving and stronger decision making afloat. The programme comprises 5 coached sessions of 3 hours each, to be completed within 12 weeks; the first attended session is your selected booking date and includes the programme introduction and initial assessment. Participants book onto eligible weekly class times published by JYC, subject to space, weather and instructor availability. Jeddah Yacht Club is an RYA Recognised Training Centre, and successful students receive the relevant RYA Certificate on completion. The recommended next steps are RYA Seamanship and RYA Start Racing Development, and members of JYC Academy have all courses, activities and camps included at no cost.
