- Tickets are free for those under 12 years old - Suitable for individuals with special needs - Includes access to all areas that do not require a separate ticket - The festival features scents (food and cooking) - Visitors with epilepsy or sensitivity to sound and light are advised not to enter - Entry of food and beverages from outside the event is prohibited By booking this ticket, you confirm your agreement to all terms and conditions and your compliance with the regulations set by the organizing entity before and during the event: - The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the event's date, time, location, and the permitted age for attendance - Adherence to appropriate attire and compliance with the Public Decorum Regulations is required - Hazardous and prohibited materials, as well as any items deemed dangerous or potentially harmful to the venue or event, will be confiscated by the organizing entity or security personnel at the event site - The ticket holder consents to the use of photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings taken at the event, which may be published online - The organizing entity is not responsible for physical injuries or fatalities, God forbid, to any visitor (including the ticket holder) - The organizing entity disclaims responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings due to or related to the event - The organizing entity reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion - Tickets sold are non-refundable and cannot be modified or exchanged - Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited - All prices include VAT - In case of event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling by the organizing entity: - The ticket value will be refunded as credit to the customer’s electronic wallet with the service provider - The customer can use the credit to purchase a new ticket for the same event or any other event offered by the service provider - The credit must be used within the period specified by the service provider
