Itinerary

Day 1
- 15:00: Participants are welcomed at the assembly point, followed by the preparation of bicycles and ensuring that all participants have the necessary safety equipment. The bicycle tour then commences along the designated trail within the reserve, concluding with a return to the starting point and the return of bicycles.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- The customer can cancel the booking up to 72 hours before the trip and receive a full refund. - If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the trip, no refund will be issued. - If the customer does not arrive at the meeting time, the booking will be considered void, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund. - If the trip is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions, the customer is entitled to a full refund or to have the trip rescheduled as desired. - A change of date can be requested (only once) up to 72 hours before the trip, subject to seat availability.
