Terms and Conditions

Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

All prices include VAT.

The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

Each ticket is valid for a single entry only. Re-entry is not allowed.

The organizer is not responsible for counterfeit or resold tickets.

The ticket holder is responsible for checking the event’s date, time, venue, and age restrictions. The ticket holder must arrive early to the event venue. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to latecomers. In such cases, the ticket holder shall not be entitled to a refund or any form of compensation.

In case the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled by the organizer, the ticket value will be refunded to the bank account.

Event Regulations

Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.

Ticket holders and their belongings may be searched upon entry. Dangerous and prohibited items will be confiscated. Any item deemed unsuitable or potentially harmful to the venue or event by the organizer or security personnel will also be confiscated.

Prohibited Items Include:

Weapons of all kinds.

Horns and loudspeakers.

Medication not in its original packaging.

Fireworks, flammable materials, glass bottles, cans, cups, drones or aerial devices, motorcycles, bicycles, and skateboards.

Adherence to the Public Decency Law is required.

Smoking is prohibited within the event facilities.

Professional photography and video cameras are not allowed.

By attending the event, the ticket holder agrees to the use of photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings that may be published online.

The organizer reserves the right to remove any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

The organizer is not liable for bodily injuries, health issues, or loss/damage of personal belongings caused by or related to the event.

Children under 6 years old are not allowed to attend the concert.

Attendees under 16 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
