 General Terms

• By purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set by the organizer before or during the event.

• Children under 12 are not allowed entry unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. An official ID may be requested at the entrance to confirm age.

• Each attendee must hold a separate ticket.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.

• In case of event cancellation, postponement, or date change by the organizer, the ticket value will be refunded.

• The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the event date, time, location, and age restriction. Late arrivals may be denied entry without refund.

• Re-entry is not permitted once the visitor exits the venue.

• Costumes: Dressing up is allowed as long as it complies with the Public Decency Regulations of Saudi Arabia.

Prohibited Items & Security

• All visitors and their belongings are subject to security inspection upon entry. Any prohibited or dangerous items will be confiscated.

• The organizer reserves the right to confiscate any object considered a potential security risk or harmful to the venue or event.

• No outside food or beverages are allowed.

• Animals are not permitted.

• The use or entry of professional cameras and video equipment inside the event area is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from the organizer.

This includes DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, interchangeable lenses, gimbals, tripods, professional lighting, and drones.

• Only mobile phones are allowed for personal, non-commercial use.

• By entering, visitors consent to photo, video, and audio recording that may be used in print or digital media.

• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited except in designated smoking areas. Use of lighters or matches is also prohibited elsewhere.

Liability & Conduct

• The organizer bears no responsibility for injury, illness, or death of any visitor, nor for any loss or damage to personal property arising from or connected to the event.

• The organizer may remove any person acting in an inappropriate or disruptive manner.

• All guests must maintain public decency and respect Saudi culture, values, and traditions.

• Please note: all shows are presented in English.

• Bag Policy: Large bags are not permitted inside the venue.
