The Groves

1. "Organizers" refers to The Groves for Entertainment.

2. "Guests" refer to the ticket holder of The Groves.

3. "Tickets" include general access, reservations or any other type that grants entry to The Groves.

4. "Venue" refers to The Groves Zone.

5. "Event" refers to all services, restaurants and events organized by The Groves. All guests must abide by all the terms, codes and conditions when issuing or attempting to use the ticket.

Ticket Terms: - All reservations and paid minimum charges are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable. - By being issued a ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions provided by the organizer before or during the event. - We kindly request our valued guests to note that children under 6 years old are not permitted. - Any ticket issued from The Groves app cannot be changed, transferred or refunded under any circumstances. - If the organizers cancel, postpone or change the date of their event, the ticket purchased by the guest can only be transferred to a new date upon guest's request and confirmation of the organizer. - All guests are solely responsible for checking the date, time, location and age restriction of the tickets. Including special events & sports matches. - Please note that re-selling the ticket is strictly prohibited. - Pets are not allowed inside The Groves. - The organizer will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred to any forgotten personal belongings. - Guests are not allowed to carry in any food and beverages from outside the venue. - Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be searched upon entering the venue, prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. - Entry to The Groves may be refused if the validity of the ticket is questionable. - The Groves reserved the right to amend, change and update these General Terms & Conditions when deemed necessary. Code of Conduct: - The Groves dress code is “Business Casual or Casual Elegant”. - Guests must abide by public appearance regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia. - People wearing shorts will be denied entry to The Groves. - No professional cameras and video recorders are permitted at the venue. - All guests consent to being photographed, recorded (audio and/or video) as an attendee at the venue and agree for it to be used for The Groves social media platforms or any other platform or websites. - The organizers will not be held liable to any bodily injury, illness, death of any guest (including ticket holder) and/or loss of damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the event. - The organizer has the right to remove whoever commits an act that, in the opinion of the organizer, is considered to be contradicting local laws, rules and regulations of the venue. - Smoking is not allowed outside the dedicated smoking areas. - All guests must abide by all rules, regulations and be respectful to local laws of the Kingdom Saudi Arabia. - The Groves has the full right to refuse or deny entry to any guest who does not respect the local policies and customs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reservations: - Selected Restaurants at The Groves require prior reservations and payment. - Restaurant bookings are final and cannot be changed - All guests are solely responsible for checking their reservation time, date and location. - All reservations and paid minimum charges are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable. - All guests must arrive at the restaurants at their reservation time. Each reservation is limited to a set time depending on the seating area. Guests are not permitted to exceed their reserved time or stay during a slot they did not book. - Restaurant will hold your seat for only 15 minutes from your reservation time. Any delay will result in your reservation being canceled. - If guests do not show up on time for their reservation, The Groves has the right to give the reservation to another guest without refunding any amounts paid. - Minimum Charge credit is only applicable for the guests who have actually showed up for their reservation. - Guest must be 18 years old and above to be served Shisha. -Visitors must not appear at the groves site in immodest clothing or clothing bearing images, shapes, signs, or expressions that contradict with Public Decency Regulations.
