Al Qadsiah Festival 2025 is coming with a new location, new artists, and fresh activities while keeping the same spirit Khobar loves.

Enjoy two days of family fun, food, immersive experiences, and a spectacular Big Show with our Grand Opening Ceremony.

Across the two days, the main stage will host top performances, featuring Dahoum Altelasi and Dalia Mubarak on Day 1, and Khadija Muath on Day 2. The festival closes From the Heart to the Sky with a stunning drone show lighting up Al Khobar.

• Children 6 years old and below can enter for free and do not require a ticket.

1. General

1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for Al Qadisiah Festival (the “Event”) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1.2. By purchasing or using a ticket, the buyer and/or holder (“Guest”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional rules communicated by the organizer, the venue, or the official ticketing platform.

1.3. The Event is organized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the guidelines of the relevant authorities (including but not limited to the General Entertainment Authority “GEA”), as applicable.

2. Ticket Purchase & Validity

2.1. Tickets must be purchased only through the official ticketing channels designated by the organizer. Any ticket obtained from an unauthorized seller may be invalid, and the organizer accepts no responsibility for such tickets.

2.2. Each ticket is valid for entry on the specific date printed on the ticket (e.g., 13 December or 14 December) and is valid for one person only.

2.3. The ticket is non-transferable, unless explicitly allowed by the organizer or ticketing platform under specific conditions.

2.4. The ticket is considered used once scanned at the entrance and cannot be reused or revalidated.

2.5. The organizer reserves the right to require proof of identity that matches the ticket details at the entrance.

3. Age Policy

3.1. The Event is open to families and individuals in line with the age categories announced by the organizer. Certain activities or zones may have age restrictions for safety or content reasons.

3.2. Minors under the age determined by local regulations (e.g., under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who remains fully responsible for them at all times.

3.3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to minors who are not accompanied as required.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1. All ticket sales are generally final and non-refundable, except in cases where the Event is fully cancelled by the organizer without a rescheduled date, or where a refund is mandated by applicable laws or regulations.

4.2. If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date(s). Details of the new date and any related procedures will be communicated via official channels.

4.3. In the event of partial cancellation (e.g., certain zones, shows, or activities), the organizer may, at its sole discretion, offer partial refunds, alternative benefits, or no compensation, depending on the impact and applicable regulations.

4.4. No refund or compensation will be provided for:

• Late arrival,

• Failure to attend,

• Inability to enter due to not meeting age, ID, or security requirements,

• Dismissal from the Event due to violation of rules or misconduct.

4.5. In case of force majeure (including but not limited to adverse weather, government decisions, security concerns, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control), the organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event, and any refund or compensation will be handled in line with applicable regulations and the organizer’s policy at that time.

5. Entry, Security & Conduct

5.1. All Guests will be subject to security checks (including bag searches, metal detectors, and ID verification) as required by the venue and relevant authorities.

5.2. The organizer and security personnel reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any Guest who:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions,

• Behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, or offensive manner,

• Is under the influence of drugs or prohibited substances,

• Poses a risk to themselves, others, or the Event environment.

• No refund will be issued in such cases.

5.3. Guests must comply with all instructions from security and staff, including instructions related to crowd control, emergency procedures, and restricted areas.

5.4. The Guest is responsible for their own belongings. The organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property inside or around the venue.

6. Dress Code & Cultural Respect

6.1. Guests must adhere to appropriate, respectful attire in line with local customs, culture, and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6.2. Clothing, accessories, or behavior that is considered offensive, inappropriate, or contrary to public morals and values may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Event without refund.

6.3. Any acts that violate public decency, disturb families, or contradict Saudi laws and cultural norms are strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Items & Activities

7.1. Without limitation, the following are strictly prohibited inside the Event area (subject to venue and authority rules):

• Weapons of any kind or objects that can be used as weapons,

• Illegal substances,

• Alcoholic beverages,

• Glass bottles, sharp objects, fireworks or explosives,

• Professional video cameras or drones without prior written approval,

• Political, offensive, or provocative banners, signs, or materials,

• Items that could obstruct views or cause inconvenience or danger to others.

7.2. The organizer reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items and/or deny entry to any Guest carrying such items.

7.3. Unauthorized resale of tickets, solicitation, promotions, or commercial activity within or around the venue are not allowed unless approved in writing by the organizer.

8. Photography, Video & Media

8.1. Guests may take personal photos and videos (on mobile phones or small cameras) for non-commercial use, provided they do not disturb others, block views, or violate any content restrictions.

8.2. The use of professional cameras, drones, stabilizers, or live streaming equipment may be restricted or require prior approval from the organizer.

8.3. The Event may be recorded, filmed, or photographed by the organizer or its partners for documentation, broadcasting, or promotional purposes.

8.4. By entering the Event, Guests acknowledge and agree that their image, voice, or likeness may appear in photos, videos, or recordings and may be used by the organizer, sponsors, or media partners for lawful promotional or editorial purposes without compensation.

9. Health, Safety & Liability

9.1. The organizer prioritizes the safety of all Guests and will implement measures in line with applicable safety regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9.2. Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are in suitable health to attend and participate in the Event. If a Guest has any medical condition, they should take necessary precautions and inform the relevant parties if needed.

9.3. Certain activities, rides, or zones may involve physical exertion or specific safety requirements; Guests must follow all instructions and acknowledge that participation is at their own risk.

9.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizer, venue, and partners are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage suffered by a Guest during the Event, except where directly caused by the proven gross negligence or willful misconduct of the organizer.

10. Data & Privacy

10.1. Personal data collected during ticket purchase and entry (such as name, contact details, and ID information) will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Saudi Arabia and the privacy policy of the ticketing platform and organizer.

10.2. The data may be used for:

• Ticketing and access control,

• Safety and security requirements,

• Event communication and updates,

• Future event marketing (where consent is obtained, if required by law).

10.3. Guests have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in line with the applicable regulations and the platform’s privacy policy.

11. Changes to the Event & Terms

11.1. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, schedule, artists, performances, or layout at any time, if required for operational, safety, or regulatory reasons. Such changes shall not give rise to a right to refund unless required by law.

11.2. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. The version published on the official ticketing page at the time of purchase will apply to that ticket.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

12.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

12.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or attendance at the Event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any mandatory dispute resolution mechanisms imposed by local regulations or authorities.

13. Acceptance

13.1. By clicking “Purchase”, “Buy Ticket”, or by using/holding a ticket to enter the Event, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
