• The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the start date, time, and location of the event.

• The ticket holder is responsible for acknowledging and adhering to the rules of public decency.

• Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

• All prices include VAT.

• Ticket holders must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the showtime.

• All prohibited items will be confiscated prior to entry.

• No outside food or drink is permitted.

• The organizer is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal electronic devices, nor for bodily injury to attendees.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

• Professional cameras and video cameras are not permitted.

• The ticket holder, as an attendee at the event, consents to the use of photographs, video clips, and recorded audio that may be published on various media outlets and online.

• Children under 12 are not permitted, and those under 16 must be accompanied.

• Security inspection: The organizing entity reserves the right to check attendees and their belongings upon entry, and to deny entry to anyone carrying prohibited items or posing a security risk.

• Inappropriate Behavior: The organizing entity reserves the right to remove anyone displaying offensive behavior, indecency, or violating the instructions, without refunding the ticket price.

• Ticket Resale: Unofficial resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets sold unofficially may be considered void.

• Program Modification: The organizer reserves the right to modify the event program or schedule without prior notice, if necessary.

• Force Majeure: The organizer is not responsible for the cancellation or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its control (such as weather, natural disasters, government decisions, etc.).

• Intellectual Property: The event may not be recorded or broadcast for any commercial or media purpose without prior written permission from the organizer.

• Special Needs: People with special needs must contact the organizer in advance to arrange appropriate accommodations, if any.

• If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer:

1. The amount will be saved in the customer's e-wallet on the website of the e-ticketing service provider.

2. The customer has the right to use this balance to purchase tickets for the same event or any other event organized by the event organizer.
