This pass grants access to the Gold area, located in front of the following stages:OLM SouissiNahdaSaléBouregregKindly collect your physical card from the Maroc Culture office. Please refer to the location indicated on your ticket.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

• All spectators (including children) must have a valid ticket.

• Children under 15 years of age with a ticket must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• It is recommended to arrive at the venue at least one hour before the start of the concert.

• Spectators who have entered the venue and whose tickets have been checked at the entrance may only leave permanently.

• The public is advised that during events, they may be photographed and filmed (particularly due to television broadcasts). These images may subsequently be used by Maroc Cultures and various media outlets.

• It is strictly forbidden to bring any object that poses a danger to others or oneself into the area reserved for ticket holders.

• The introduction of animals, bottles, metal cans, sharp and/or blunt objects, chairs, cans, and dangerous items is strictly prohibited.

• It is also forbidden to bring in signs and banners of any size of a political, religious, ideological, or advertising nature.

• Cameras, video cameras, recording devices, and other such equipment are prohibited. Photography is prohibited, with or without flash. Spectators in possession of such devices will have them confiscated at the entrance or inside the venue.

• For reasons of safety, emergency, or to ensure the smooth running of the concert, spectators must strictly comply with the instructions of security personnel and all control and verification measures.

• Spectators who do not comply with the above rules may be refused entry to the venue or be expelled.

• Purchasing this ticket from a third party other than the Maroc Cultures network exposes the holder to risks of forgery and/or fraud, preventing access to the venues.

• Presentation of the ID used for the purchase is mandatory.

• Only the first copy of the voucher is accepted.

• We advise you to arrive at least one hour before the performance.

• Tickets are for standing room only, except at the Mohammed V Theatre.

• All spectators (including children) must have a valid ticket.

• Children under 15 years of age with a ticket must be accompanied by an adult.

• Spectators who have entered the venue and whose tickets have been checked at the entrance may only leave permanently.

• The ticket may only be scanned once.

• The confidentiality and protection of ticket data are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

• In the event of attempted fraud, the individual will be automatically reported to the on-site anti-fraud police.
