By purchasing this ticket, you (the “ticket holder”) agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) below and any other terms, conditions and restrictions that The visual arts commission (the “Organizer” or the “Event Organizer”) may impose before or during the [Memoir and Journey: Saad Al-Obaid Exhibition 2024] located at [7320 Amr Aldamri St, Al Safarat, Riyadh 12512, Saudi Arabia] (Cultural Palace, Al Safarat district, Main Hall): 1. All ages are allowed to enter the Event. 2. Tickets are required for those aged 3+ to attend the Event, persons 3 and under to not require a ticket. Any person under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult over the age 21+. 3. Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-transferable, or exchangeable. 4. Reselling the ticket is strictly prohibited. 5. The ticket is valid for one entry. Re-entry is not allowed. 6. The ticket holder, in his/her/their capacity as attendee of the Event Venue, agrees to the photographs, video clips and recorded audio clips that may be posted of them on the Internet. 7. Professional photography and video cameras are not allowed to enter the premises. 8. Ticket holders and their personal belongings will be searched upon entering the Event site, dangerous and prohibited materials will be confiscated, and every substance that the Organizer or the security team at the Event premises deems dangerous or that could be used to damage the Venue or spoil the Event will be confiscated. If a ticket holder refuses a search of their person or belongings, then they will not be allowed access to the Event Venue. 9. The Event Organizer has the right to remove whoever commits an act that, in the opinion of the Organizer or its security team, is considered to be contrary. The Event Organizer has the right to refuse the entry and attendance of any person whose behavior is inappropriate. 10. The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the date, time, place and age allowed of the Event. Ticket holders are encouraged to arrive early to the Event site, and the Organizer has the right to refuse entry to late ticket holders, and in this case the ticket holder will not be entitled to claim a refund of the ticket price or request compensation of any kind. \ All ticket holders and their vehicles must leave the Venue or Event no later than thirty (30) minutes after the closing of the Event. Any Vehicles left at the Venue post thirty (30) minutes may be towed at the owners cost and expense. The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage, theft, or loss of any vehicles at the Event. 11. The Organizer accepts no liability for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including ticket holder) and/or loss of or damage to personal effects and property arising out of or in connection with the Event and/or while using the rental gear. The Event Organizer shall not be responsible for the physical injury or death, God forbid, of any visitor (including the ticket holder). 12. In the event of a complaint, please submit it within a maximum of 10 days from the date of its occurrence. 13. The Event Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings (including Vehicles) arising out of or in connection with the Event. 14. Ticket holders may arrive no earlier than one hour before the event starts. 15. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Event Venue. 16. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or change of the date of the Event by the Organizer no refunds or compensation shall be provided. 17. It is a condition of your admission to the Event that no commercial (non-private) use may be made by you of the Event or any part of it. 18. The relevant Saudi Arabia law will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the relevant courts of Saudi Arabia will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions. 19. List of prohibited items include: - Food and drinks from outside the Event Venue. - Weapons, incendiary devices or replicas of all kinds - Horns and loudspeakers / lasers - Any medicine that is not in its original package - Fireworks / inflammable materials / firecrackers - Drones and Aerial Devices - All animals or domesticated pets of any kind - Any other substance that may cause alarm or disturbance. 20. The content of these lectures, dialogues, and workshops are based upon the opinion of the speaker and facilitator and not necessarily the views of Event Organizers. This content should not be considered professional advice, guidance or counsel, and the statements within the content should not be used without the advice of a third-party professional with expertise in the relevant field. The Event Organizers assume no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of the programming. The information contained in programming is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or timeliness and without any warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied. 21. If anyone brings a claim against the Organizer for your violation of the Terms, you as the ticket holder agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Organizer and our affiliated companies, suppliers, advertisers, and sponsors, and each of our officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs). We reserve the right to take exclusive control and defense of any claim, and you will cooperate fully with us in asserting any available defenses.
