La Playa Resort

It is essential to adhere to the security instructions and guidelines contained in this document, as well as those posted on the website or provided by resort staff. Furthermore, Islamic and social customs and traditions must be respected at all times, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be followed. The resort management reserves the right to request the departure of any person, prohibit their use of the water facilities, swimming pools, and beaches, or temporarily or permanently close them, and to restrict their use during designated hours.

La Playa has no restrictions regarding its visitors, whether they are groups of men, women, or mixed groups. However, all visitors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, in keeping with the atmosphere of the venue, local customs, and general standards of behavior.

The use of the pools, facilities and beaches at the resort is at the user’s own risk, and the resort, its owners and affiliates are exempt from any accident or emergency.

The facilities are prohibited for use by those suffering from allergies, infectious or chronic diseases, or medical conditions that may put them or others at risk, such as colds, flu, covered wounds, low blood pressure, heart disease, diarrhea, or other conditions. They should consult their doctor before participating in any activity that may affect their health or the health of others.

The use of mobile phones, photography, loudspeakers or any other electrical devices is prohibited inside or near water facilities, swimming pools and beaches.

Swimming in the open sea is prohibited as the area is not covered by lifeguards and is extremely dangerous. The resort management disclaims all responsibility for any violation of these rules.

The amount paid is non-refundable.
