Webook Terms and Conditions Esports Nations Cup 2026 Tickets

By purchasing or using a ticket for the Esports Nations Cup 2026, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase and Use

Tickets for the Esports Nations Cup 2026 are sold through webook as the official ticketing platform for the event.

Each ticket grants entry only to the specific event, date, session, category, and venue area stated on the ticket. Entry is subject to ticket validity, venue capacity, security checks, and event policies.

Tickets must not be copied, altered, resold, transferred for commercial purposes, or used for any unauthorized promotion, competition, giveaway, or commercial activity without prior written approval from the event organizer.

The event organizer and/or ticketing platform reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any ticket holder from the venue if the ticket holder violates these Terms and Conditions, venue rules, security instructions, or applicable laws and regulations.

2. Event Admission

All ticket holders must present a valid ticket upon entry. A valid government-issued ID may also be required for verification purposes.

The event organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks at the venue entrance. Prohibited items, unsafe behavior, or failure to comply with security instructions may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund.

Late entry may be restricted or delayed depending on event operations, match schedules, broadcast requirements, or crowd management procedures.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Ticket holders agree not to:

a. Use the ticket or event access for any unlawful purpose.b. Impersonate the event organizer, webook, event staff, players, teams, partners, or any other person or entity.c. Engage in behavior that restricts, disrupts, or negatively affects the experience of other attendees.d. Engage in data mining, scraping, harvesting, or unauthorized collection of data or personal data.e. Introduce viruses, malware, harmful software, or any technologically harmful material to any event-related digital platform.f. Damage, overload, interfere with, or impair any event platform, website, ticketing system, venue system, or digital service.g. Spam, mass-advertise, solicit, or promote unauthorized products or services to other attendees.h. Resell tickets at a higher price or through unauthorized channels.

4. Intellectual Property

All event names, logos, trademarks, content, designs, images, videos, audio, graphics, and other materials related to the Esports Nations Cup 2026 are owned by or licensed to the event organizer and/or its partners.

Ticket holders may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any event intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

5. Photography, Filming, and Media

By attending the event, ticket holders acknowledge that photography, filming, livestreaming, and media recording may take place at the venue.

Ticket holders may appear in photos, videos, broadcasts, livestreams, promotional materials, or other media content related to the event. By entering the venue, ticket holders consent to the use of their image, likeness, and voice for event-related, promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes without additional compensation.

Professional photography, filming, livestreaming, or recording equipment may not be used without prior written approval from the event organizer.

6. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Tickets are subject to the refund and exchange policy displayed on webook at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase, except where required by applicable law or where the event organizer approves otherwise.

The event organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule, match timings, participating teams, players, programming, venue layout, or seating arrangements where necessary. Such changes do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund unless stated by the event organizer or required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The event and related services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The event organizer makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, event programming, schedules, availability, or any services associated with the event.

Ticket holders attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings and conduct at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the event organizer, webook, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of tickets, attendance at the event, inability to attend, or use of event-related services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of personal belongings, travel costs, accommodation costs, or any other indirect losses.

9. Privacy Notice

Personal data collected during ticket purchase, event registration, entry, or event participation will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy notice and data protection laws.

By purchasing a ticket, ticket holders acknowledge that their personal data may be processed for ticketing, access control, customer support, event operations, safety, security, analytics, and event communication purposes.

10. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

The event organizer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates may be posted on the ticketing page, event page, or communicated through official channels.

Continued use of the ticket or attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
