• The workshop Fee is refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. • The workshop can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, provided the new workshop is of equal value. • Installment payment options are available via Tabby and Tamara. For pottery workshops: • The Firing process takes between one to two weeks. • The pottery piece must be collected within 3 weeks after firing. • If the piece is not collected within 3 weeks, the center reserves the right to dispose of it without notice
