Ticket Terms and Conditions:

• Included Experiences: The ticket includes access to all animal based experiences. However, additional experiences such as animal feeding or other activations and workshops may require a separate on site purchase.

• Gates close at 10:00 PM

• Ticket Use Agreement: By using this ticket, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

• Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

• Compliance with Event Rules: You are bound by event rules and any additional terms provided by the organizer.

• Event Changes: In case of event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling:

o Ticket value will be credited to your electronic wallet.

o You may use this credit for the same or another event by the service provider.

o Credits are valid for the current season only.

• Ticket Holder Responsibilities: Verify event details, arrive early, and respect age restrictions. Latecomers may be denied entry without compensation.

• Security Check: Ticket holders and belongings may be subject to searches. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

• Stroller Access: Strollers are welcome; however, please note that some areas may include uneven terrain or limited access.

• Price Inclusions: All ticket prices include VAT.

• Camera and Video Restrictions: Professional cameras and video recorders are not permitted.

• Media Consent: Ticket holders’ consent to their media capture and use for event-related purposes.

• Liability: The organizer is not responsible for any injury, illness (including allergies or conditions triggered by animals), loss, or damage to personal belongings. Guests who may have sensitivities are advised to take necessary precautions. In case of emergencies, on site first aid and emergency clinics are available.

• Ticket Resale: Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.

• Removal of Disruptive Attendees: Any behavior that is harmful or disruptive to animals, staff, or other guests may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

• Animal Interaction Policy: Guests must follow all staff instructions when interacting with animals. Touching or feeding animals outside of designated and supervised areas is strictly prohibited.

• No Flash Photography: Flash photography is not allowed around animals, as it may cause stress or harm.

• Smoking of any kind, including the use of electronic cigarettes (vapes), is strictly prohibited within the event premises. The organizer reserves the right to take appropriate action against violators.• The doors will close at 10 PM

These terms and conditions are binding upon ticket holders and ensure a safe and enjoyable event experience.
