Welcome to the Kids Exhibition! To ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for everyone, please read the following terms carefully: Tickets and Entry

• A separate ticket must be purchased for each person wishing to enter the exhibition.

• Free entry for children under 5 years old, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

• Tickets are valid for the specified date only and are non-transferable or refundable.

• All sales are final. Ticket refunds are only possible if the event is cancelled by the organizing entity.

• We recommend arriving before 10:00 PM to ensure entry, as entry gates close at this time.

• Electronic tickets or QR codes must be presented upon arrival.

• Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the exhibition.

Responsibility and Safety

• Visitors bear full responsibility for their personal safety, and the safety and behavior of accompanying children while inside the exhibition.

• Children under 12 years must be under direct supervision of a guardian at all times.

• The organizing entity and its partners assume no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property inside the exhibition.

• The organizing entity reserves the right to remove any person who violates the terms or disrupts public order without refund or compensation.

Photography and Privacy

• Personal photography using mobile phones for family memories only is permitted.

• Professional photography or recording equipment is not allowed inside the exhibition without prior written permission.

• Entry to the exhibition constitutes explicit and irrevocable consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, along with accompanying children, whether by the organizing entity or any authorized third party, and permits the use of these photos, videos, or audio recordings for documentation, marketing, media, or advertising purposes through any medium, without need for subsequent permission or compensation.

General Rules

• Outside food or beverages are prohibited. • Animals, sharp objects, dangerous materials, or flammable substances are prohibited.

• Smoking of all types is prohibited inside the exhibition venue.

• Behavior that violates public decency or order is prohibited.

• Reselling tickets or using them for any commercial purpose without permission is prohibited. Resale and Fraud

• Tickets are sold exclusively through the WeBook platform.

• Purchasing from any unofficial source may expose you to fake or invalid tickets.

• The organizing entity is not responsible for tickets purchased from non-authorized platforms.

Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure)

• If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond control (such as weather, emergencies, or government decisions), ticket holders will be notified through communication channels, and only the ticket amount will be refunded without any additional compensation.

• Refund period is 7 to 21 business days, depending on the original payment method.

Modifications

• The organizing entity reserves the right to modify exhibition terms or accompanying events without prior notice.

• Any updates to these terms will be published via the booking platform (WeBook).

• Continued use of the ticket constitutes implicit and final agreement to any updates to the terms.

Legal Provisions

• These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Any legal disputes will be resolved through competent authorities in Jeddah.

• Purchasing a ticket means complete and final agreement to all these terms and conditions.
