General Entry Guidelines

• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.

• Entry will be denied if the attendee's name is on a blacklist, with no refund.

• Anyone caught using a fake name or account to bypass restrictions will face legal action.

• Attendees may be subject to search at entry; prohibited items will be confiscated.

• Food and beverages from outside are not allowed (a restaurant is available onsite).

• Photography is strictly prohibited to protect guests' privacy.

• Mobile cameras will be covered at check-in with a provided phone cover.

• Free parking is available at the entrance.

Dress Code

• Beachwear only; thobes, abayas, and non-swimwear clothing are not allowed in the pool or beach areas.

• Maintain public decency at all times.

• No access to those under 16 years of age.

Safety & Responsibility

• Two certified lifeguards will be present during operating hours.

• Medical emergencies are handled by Al Habib Hospital through a contracted medical team.

• Use of the beach and sea is at your own risk. The venue holds no liability for injuries, sunstroke, or drowning.

• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for children or persons with special needs.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for any loss or theft.

• Damaging venue property may result in legal action and fines.

Prohibited Items & Activities

• No shisha or related equipment allowed.

• No pets.

• No BBQs or open flames.

• No dancing or crowding in restricted areas.

• Do not climb or walk on coral reefs.

• No professional cameras or video equipment.

• No political or inappropriate discussions.

• No misuse of beach amenities.

• No swimming after sunset or beyond safe zones.

• Umbrellas must not be used during high wind; guest bears all liability.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds under any circumstances, including no-shows.

• Rebooking or credit is not applicable.

• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

Ticket Purchase Agreement

• By purchasing, you agree to all stated rules and terms.

• Event details (date, time, age restrictions) are your responsibility to check.

• The organizer reserves the right to remove any guest violating rules without refund.

• The organizer has full right to control seating/zoning as needed.
