By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions below and any other terms, conditions, and restrictions that the Organizer may impose before or during the event: • Gold tickets include a seat (free seated), Silver ticket is a standing area.

• Silver ticket holders are not allowed to enter the Gold area.

• Entry for Gold/Regular ticket holders is allowed to those aged 7 years and above with a separate ticket.

• Free Entry to kids below 7 years old.

• Re-entry is not allowed.

• Tickets are non-cancellable, refundable, or exchangeable.

• The name of the main purchaser associated with the ticket(s) is the name of the registered ticket account holder.

• To gain access to the concert the main purchaser may be required to produce their email booking confirmation and a valid form of photo ID that matches that name on the confirmation.

• Attention: Admission will only be granted to persons if they arrive with the person who purchased the ticket.

• All prices include VAT.

• Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on other platforms.

• The ticket is valid for one entry. Re-entry is not allowed.

• The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the date, time, place, and age allowed for the event. Ticket holders must arrive early to the event site, and the organizer has the right to refuse entry to late people, and in this case, the ticket holder will not be entitled to claim a refund of the ticket price or request compensation of any kind.

• Ticket holders and their personal belongings will be searched upon entering the event site, dangerous and prohibited materials will be confiscated, and every substance that the organizer or the security team at the event premises deems dangerous or that could be used to damage the venue or spoil the event will be confiscated.

• Weapons or replicas of all kinds.

• Horns, whistles and loudspeakers/ Lasers.

• Prohibited drugs (any medicine that is not in its original package).

• Fireworks / inflammable materials/firecrackers.

• Confetti, Glitter, and any other items can be thrown.

• Bottles / Cans / Cups (except for a 330 ml sealed bottle of water).

• Cameras - bigger than 35 mm.

• Umbrellas.

• Any kind of chairs.

• Food and Drinks (except for a 330 ml sealed bottle of water).

• Selfie Stick.

• Flashlights of any type (except official lightstick).

• Tablet and laptop computers.

• Strollers.

• Bags and large baggage (exceeding 40cm x 40cm x 20cm, i.e. backpacks larger than A4).

• Flags and Banners and Signs bigger than A3.

• Drones and unmanned Aerial Devices.

• Motorcycles, bikes, sleds, or roller skates.

• Animals of any kind.

• Equipment including, but not limited to CCTV, film cameras, and sound recording devices.

• Canisters of any type.

• Wireless card machines.

• Any other substance or item that may cause alarm or disturbance.

• Acknowledgment and commitment to the regulation of preserving public taste.

• In the event of cancellation, postponement, or change of the date of the |event by the organizer The value of the ticket is refunded to the customer.

• Professional photography and video cameras are not allowed to enter the premises.

• The ticket holder, in his capacity as an attendee of the event venue, agrees to the photographs, video clips, and recorded audio clips that may be posted on the Internet.

• The Organizer shall not be liable for bodily injury, illness, death of any visitor (including the ticket holder), or loss or damage to collectibles due to causes arising out of or in connection with the event.

• The organizing authority has the right to remove whoever commits an act considered to be contrary to the opinion of the organizing authority.

• Adherence to the rules of public taste in line with the culture, values, ​​and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• In case of a complaint, it must be submitted to Saudi Events.sa, within a maximum of 3 days of the occurring date.
