Cancellation 7 days or more before the trip: 100% refund of the booking amount. Cancellation 3–6 days before the trip: 50% refund of the booking amount. Cancellation less than 72 hours before the trip: Non-refundable. No-Show: No refund will be provided in case of failure to attend the scheduled trip. Cancellation by the company: If the trip is cancelled by the company due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, the customer may choose between rescheduling the trip or receiving a full refund. Booking Transfer: Customers may request to transfer their booking to another person before the trip date, subject to company approval. Payment Fees: Any payment processing, bank transfer, or transaction fees that have already been charged are non-refundable. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
