The Collectors Fest

All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry.

Children aged 10 and under enter free of charge.

Individuals with special needs (ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة) and one accompanying companion enter free of charge.

All ticket sales are final — no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the selected date.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates event rules or disrupts the experience for others.

The Saudi Collectors Fest is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or collectibles during the event.

Photography and personal filming are permitted for personal use only. Commercial filming or media coverage requires prior written approval from the organizers.

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of official event media and marketing materials. Attendees who wish to opt out may inform our photographers or videographers directly on the day.

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: outside food and beverages, counterfeit or stolen goods, and any items deemed inappropriate by event management.

Tournament tickets are limited to 30 spots per tournament and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tournament tickets include event entry and one pack of the related trading card game.

All tournament ticket holders are required to participate in their registered tournament.

No-shows will be removed from the venue and may be barred from participating in future TSCF tournaments.

Management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
